The overwhelming majority of people who buy Teddy Fresh know it's run by Israeli Hila Klein. It's not a big company and its online presence is very heavily linked to Hila (and Ethan). If they didn't know who H3 were before, they did one they started buying Teddy Fresh.

Feasibly someone could e.g. go into Urban Outfitters and pick something up without knowing anything about the brand. But I'd wager "people who would wear Teddy Fresh but support BDS" will almost certainly be online enough to know Hila, and probably follow Hasan.
