Ethan overlooking the fact his doctor legally had to report the suspected case, and instead acting like he knows for sure it's the snark community is 100% on brand.

Truth is a complete defense for defamation. Ethan has defended Yoav Gallant, a person with an arrest warrant out for crimes against humanity. Ethan can barely manage his lawsuits from his house keeper, he would be wise to avoid trying to sue a bunch of reddit retards.

On H3 Show #130 streamed April 2 2025, Ethan Klein read out a joint letter with Mutahar officially demanding a retraction from Noah Samsen. Mutahar calls in at around 55:50. The full sixteen page letter was shared here (archive). The letter accuses Noah of "intentional material omissions and misrepresentations," detailing 6 defamatory statements. He plans on announcing more litigation next week and eventually pursuing legal action against BadEmpanada.

There's a clear line between something approachable like the H3 Podcast and the keeelstream. There's some benefits to showing up on Ethan Klein's show, you don't end up on Ethan Ralph's unless you just don't know any better.

Wasn't there some big dumb drama between Muta and Ethan? Apparently Muta "doxxed" Ethan's house and something about charity shaming? It was a while ago, but I don't see Ethan forgetting any time someone wronged him. If I was Muta I'd tread carefully.
