I generally dislike react content because I find it annoying how after you watch certain youtube videos your youtube recommends are then full of that same video, expect now being reacted to by Hasan or XQC or some other asshole. Why would I want to watch the same video over again only now with some retard occasionally mumbling some dumb shit? I think I find the type of people who like this kind of "react" content more hateable than the people who make it though.

I also dislike frivolous lawsuits and the strict copyright rules youtube already has, etc. Of course, there are exceptions, not all lawsuits are bad and Karl Jobst getting raped by Billy Mitchell was entertaining, also all 3 of the people Klein is suing are insufferable.

The lawsuit risks setting a bad precedent imo, copyright strikes on youtube are already applied way too aggressively and while I hate react content I would rather a world with no copyright laws than one where copyright law is extremely strict. I guess I wish for a world where copyright doesn't exist but there is no one dumb enough to want to watch someone else just sit there and watch a video without adding anything of value. A world where no one would ever willingly sit and watch Hasan or Destiny.

Oh well, might be fun to watch them fling shit at each other though.

I’m reading the Denims one and this is one of the strangest complaints I’ve ever read. I see his main point—she is infringing on content while doing so explicitly to siphon views and without transforming it in accordance with the law. But it’s written like it’s intended to be read on one of Ethan Klein’s streams, not like it’s intended to be a serious lawsuit. It’s filled with things that are irrelevant and comprise Reddit-tier snark. There’s a section comparing Hasan Piker to a pro-Nazi Muslim figure from history.

This could be narrowed down and squeezed into 10 to 20 pages of a legitimate complaint. But as is, I really think part of the purpose is for him to read it on stream.
