Are we talking about same Ralph here? Because if my memory serves here, he was pretty open about making a mockery of his family and himself. The only good thing i can say is he didn't give his kids coke.TBF, Ralph´s case was pretty simple. He did awful things during his life but he has never had such disregard for society, decency and his family as Rekieta does, every day.
Fun fact. Ralph still has not fulfilled his part of the bargain. He didn't pay even a single cent so far.
And he'll never pay it, unless ayyyylawgs will bully him into that. Last time he was bullied to pay his child support. Conclusion: bullying works and bullying fat piggu is always justified, when it comes to legal mattersFun fact. Ralph still has not fulfilled his part of the bargain. He didn't pay even a single cent so far.
The docs don't say.How long time does he have to pay?
Yes, and probably add perjury or whatever it is when you falsely attest to something in a court document.Would they withdraw the offer?
Top Kiwi Farm agents will be personally dispatched by Null to halo jump into Mexican air space to find Ralph and obtain an industrial grade fork lift to turn him upside down and collect the pesos that fall out of his pocketsIt’s my understanding that the address Ralph listed as his residence is from the place he and Pantsu used to live, which was two addresses ago. What may happen if the court discovers that this address is no longer valid? Would they withdraw the offer?
From what I understand, Ralph went against a direct order from the judge, some detractor narced on him and judge felt insulted a little bit. It's a different county, different case, and very unlikely the judge is even aware of the Kokaine Klown of Kandiyohi, even less likely he'll ask Ralph questions about him.I wonder if Nick will volunteer to cover the fine for him. Even beyond the fact that Ralph did what he did on his behalf, he's in the same predicament like Dax where they stupidly let a idiotic impulsive druggie in on their shenanigans and now have to keep him placated in order to keep him from narcing on them. Ralph denies that he was put up to it, but if he asks Nick to pony up and he gets rebuffed, he just might change his mind on covering for him.
Technically they could. In reality, government employees are lazy retards and so probably don't care enough to rescind the offer now. It’s my understanding that the address Ralph listed as his residence is from the place he and Pantsu used to live, which was two addresses ago. What may happen if the court discovers that this address is no longer valid? Would they withdraw the offer?
the court will not give a shit as long as he pays.Yes, and probably add perjury or whatever it is when you falsely attest to something in a court document.
I think Nick's lolbert leanings are the result of him never having to suffer real consequences for his actions due to his parents wealth shielding him from it all. He thinks he can behave as he pleases and have no consequences, and as a result hasn't learned to behave like a normal human being. He can't eat shit like a normal person.I disagree. The only difference is that Rekieta has safety nets protecting him.
It wasn't that long ago that Ralph was recording himself jeopardizing Rozy's life left and right, before and after birth playing chicken with semi-trailer trucks, raw dogging hoors and meigh while pregnant, driving the wrong way down a oneway while polysubstanced out of his mind with Rozy in the back without a safety seat. Lords knows what happened when the cameras were off.
Ralph just ran out of minors and disabled women to abuse, except when he can rent one or both at Hong Kong or those other sex trafficking clubs that recently shut down near him.
They're the same. Ralph just knows fear from experience.
I believe it's customary that you have to pay the fine/costs/etc. by the end of the probationary period. So at least in theory, in an inflationary economy, if you didn't make some actual agreement as to a plan, you'd be best off paying the entire amount on the last day, seeing as the dollar would have lost substantial value by the end of the period. The docs don't say.
Aaaaanyway, still not a cent paid
Honestly, Ralph doing time in jail would be good for him. Three hots and a cot, along with giving his liver and lungs a rest, might literally extend his life by 5-10 years.
