I wonder how bad things have to get for this to start effecting Ralph's visitation, and parental rights.
You've got to feel for Xander, probably excited to see his dad for the first time in what must seem like forever - and at best he's going to turn up hungover, in unclean clothes with cuts and scrapes all over him. If he keeps getting exposed to this he might end up with a complex.
Ralph is now in a full blown BPD spiral after being rejected by Dick, because Dick needs to make sure his pregnant girlfriend isn't exposed to a drug addict who sleeps in mexican airport bathrooms.

I honestly do not know he has been allowed to see Xander at all. The nigger lady who is tasked with supervising for the state must be absolutely oblivious and not give a fuck. There is zero chance that Ralph shows up sober. We see him traveling and he is always completely fucked and a total xanny zombie. He cannot talk or type, loses all of his belongings, and is very obviously visibly intoxicated. This time he is covered in fresh wounds from taking headers on the floor just mere hours ago because of his Xanax addiction. Plus, he usually goes to a bar beforehand and posts it on twitter, so you know he wreaks of booze. How he has been allowed to even be near that kid is a mystery and a testament to how fucking retarded social services are broken and backwards.

It appears that Dick was going to host IRL bloodsports in his Barbie Dream Mansion between Ralph and Milo, or at least that was Ralph's impression. Dick actually publicly tweeted about Rehab.
Dick's cancelled this, if we take Ralph at his word - doubt - this seems to be because Dicks pregnant gf doesn't want Ralph - known abuser of pregnant women - in the house.
Why has it changed? Who knows, Ralph is always prone to doing this shit when he is out of his mind drunk and on pills.
