Use the organ donors' body meat for food. Serve it side-by-side with other meat dishes, see if anyone notices the difference.
Bonus round: see how people react when you tell them they just committed cannibalism. Have a control group that you don't tell.
 
They say prevention is the best medicine. In my case, I would attempt to solve illegal immigration by erecting a giant trebuchet over the Southern border, and announce that any illegal immigrant caught crossing our border will get a "free ride" back to their home country. After launching a few illegals already in custody over the border to demonstrate the severity of my intent, I imagine illegal immigration would go down tremendously. It would also be interesting to see how crime would go down in response to a reduced amount of illegals in the US.

I would force all disabled fetuses to be carried to term if possible, so we can study their disabilities to formulate therapies, learn how to treat less disabled sufferers, and/or just learn about human development.

Do you know that all Downs Syndrome adults eventually get Alzheimers? Do you know they're using Downs patients as a model to find treatments for Alzheimers? All stuff we wouldn't know if everyone was like Iceland and pulled the plug on all the extra chromosomes.

This is the perfect thread to be a Mengele on convicted pedophiles.
They aren't useful to society except for their bodies. I would experiment on them, like putting on them untested meds, taking out their organs without anesthesia... etc.
And for those whose bodies are beyond fucked up, I'd like to put them on pills that distort time, as a they are just in cell for five minutes but they feel like they are in there for a 1000 years. It would be interesting.
 
One experiment I've always wanted to see is the separation of the Olympics into two categories: natural and enhanced.

The enhanced Games would be a test bed to see just how far the human body can be pushed with the use of performance enhancing substances. It'd effectively be one great big ongoing science experiment.

The natural Games would be strictly enforced. All athletes would be tested after each event for substances. If any substances are detected, said athlete would receive a lifetime ban from the natural Games.

I'd create a utopia where people can have unlimited amounts of anything they want without having to work at all.
 
I'd like to see a country, preferably not my own, move over 100% to government-issued electronic currency and have all payments be fed into a massive supercomputer that both records the data on economic behavior for reports and analyzes it to micromanage tax levels, so as to try to create a maximally efficient system at all times.

I expect my Super-Cybersyn to collapse on itself within five minutes and destroy the economy, which is why I don't want it tested on me.

You know why. Because there are large political and "charity" groups with lots of money and power on the line doing basically the same thing right now, but with a bit of "What if the child consents though" thrown in as a defense.
