Non-Professor Dave Fagotini is STILL assblastingly mad at Jim Tour and continues his jihad against the man to fuck up his career. Judging by his current searing hot takes on the war in Gaza, I think Davey simply hates that Jim is a Jew more than that he's a Christian.
I swear, after this whole shit puffs out, that italian motherfucker will show up at Tour's house with a shotgun and 2 kilos of coke in his bloodstream.

To be fair the South Park episode wasn't exactly promoting Atheism since they were still going to war with each other for stupid reasons and the end of the episode was that they got rid of all the isms which is what caused peace. Family Guy was definitely promoting it though.

Has anyone noticed this euphoric atheist channel from long ago named Darkmatter commenting something smug on literally any video related to god? If you find some movie clip that mentions God, he will show up, or some YouTuber mocks God and he will show up. It's so strange watching someone dedicate their lives to having their misery reaffirmed and upvoted.

Yeah, I saw that he commented on one yesterday. It seems like he’s doing it more frequently than before.

Ah! They're the angry atheists. I was looking at their post and reminded me of myself as an edgy atheists in my teens. Ultimately I grew out of it when I discovered that there were people who out there who have value for life.

Can't remember which book I saw this in (sorry) but the author did a little informal study comparing atheists' conception of God vs Christians' at various age groups.

It was pretty interesting. Christians tend to move more into abstract God of the gaps concepts in their early teens. Atheists, regardless of age, were just stuck in magical sky fairy mode, which is about the same as what the 8-year old Christians were doing.

Some people grow up. Some do not.

You do see them criticize Islam sometimes. Their main thing seems to be “Christianity bad and Islam is diet Christianity and therefore bad but I might also call you Islamophobic if I can” they never say anything about Jewish stuff weirdly. Eastern religions aren’t too common over in the West and the people believing in them don’t really vocalize it anyways. Like someone else said the criticism mainly comes from the East in those cases. However I will agree that despite so many of them claiming to be “anti-theist” and “anti-religion” and talk about how much they hate religion they really seem to only know about the Abrahamic religions. Occasionally you see them criticize new age beliefs or Pagan / Wicca stuff but that’s mostly based on “lol it’s dumb” instead of any actual issues they find with it

They'll sometimes hide behind the bullshit that hating Islam is somehow some kind of crypto-racism where you just really hate the race some Islams are (even though one of the few progressive things about Islam is they actually do welcome people of all races to join their religion).

I think they're just cowards, though. They realize Islams will actually kill you if you piss them off. Christians might bitch and complain and maybe picket your movie but they aren't just straight up going to murder you.

And with Jews, well we all know they have much better ways of fucking up your shit than casual bullshit like simple murder.

Jews are not proselytizing group. Even if someone does attack their theology, they don't give a shit.
 
Aggressively euphoric atheism is now niche content compared to where it was even ten years ago. Most liberals are some vague flavor of spiritual, and some weird fat guy getting up in arms about “thoughts and prayers” is a prime form of secondhand embarrassment even to them.

I watch a lot of both euphoric atheist channels and apologetics channels, and the bulk of the content from both is at least six years old. The culture is far more focused on general DEI shit now, rather than religion.
