Jack Thaddeus is nothing but a snivelling coward! Goddamn coward. And he h—he does not have even one Euro to his name, only American dollars... like about two hundred. And you know, that doesn't even cover 2000 euros, which, unfortunately, the euro is stronger than the American dollar at the time. Sad really

Anyone got anything on this? Why is he talking about euros? What is he talking about?

Had to do with Jack buying the ad space, supposedly could only be done with Euros.

Yup. The trolls told Chris that the ad space was only available to European advertisers and had to be purchased in Euros. Something to the tune of a thousand euros or something, can't remember exactly.

Of course, [cwc]ChrisChanSonichu and WikiSysop correspondence[/cwc] implies Chris had no idea how much Euros are worth, thought that was chump change, and was surprised when he finally found how much that was in dollars.

Did he think Euro's were like Yen or something? Or does he just assume that all other currencies are "lesser" than the American dollar?

The real question is: Whats the exchange rate between Euros and C-quarters?

Korean euros or European euros?

If a C-Quarter is one tenth of a W-Quarter, and a W-Quarter is worth 1/10,000th of a diseased flea-fart, you could hand CWCville's Chancellor of the Exchequer a single crumpled-up 1 euro note (that was used as a snotrag) and you'd have enough credit to buy the entire net worth of CWCville's entire currency supply. :ugeek:

Assuming that a C-Quarter is equal to US$0.25, that would make a W-Quarter worth US$2.50, which according to Yahoo! Finance is worth €1.92. Thus the C-Quarter is about half the value of the euro. (Australia $0.65, Japan ¥63.7)

Am I supposed to be sad or impressed that people actually put that much thought into the exchange rate between C-Quarters and Euros?

My friend, the C-Quarter is stronger than the capitalist dollar!

Oh Chris. I nearly cried when I visited Europe and exchanged my money.

Don't go to the UK then. Second strongest currency in the world that's not based on oil.

I went to both England and Spain, so twice I wanted to cry at my magical disappearing money :c. Though it was worth it and it was the best vacation.

There's your mistake.
The C-Quarter isn't worth the re-used Alf Pog is printed on, much less being worth 25 pennies. Of all the Fiat Currencies in existence, the C-Quarter is the most...um...Fiaty of them all. It is based on the whims of the laziest and most fickle dictator who ever (pretended to) live. (:_(
