According to Cleveland, Alex is apparently making a video talking about his development history with Yandere Simulator, allegedly providing self-reflection, correcting misunderstandings, and giving his perspective of the situation "for once".

Other than the fact Alex has given his perspective of the situation many times which are just straight up lies, I won't be surprised if it tries to be emotionally manipulative, skew the narrative so he's the victim, for his story to completely contradict what everyone has witnessed of his behavior, and blame someone/something else, or a group of people. It's just what he's done in the past but I guess we'll see soon enough.

I'd love it if it was genuine and not a pity party...but the chances are small...this will probably have the same attitude as his "Hate and Shame" video...a video that a decent portion of his audience could tell was being manipulative. So even if it is just a hate and shame pt 2 there's a chance more people may realize the type of person he is and stop supporting him.

Hey if the main character kidnaps senpai after killing everyone and kidnaping is a game mechanic, why the fuck do you need to kill everyone again? I mean wouldn't the logical thing be to just kidnap senpai?
It would be a more fitting genocide end be for senpai to snap and say that he could never love Ayano because she's a murderer and then they both die in a murder-suicide. If not that then, the police / principal killing Ayano as she confesses to a broken senpai. That would, however, require the endings reflecting your actions.

He was so fucking hesitant with adding Osana because that would elevate Yansim's status from tech demo to actual game since there would be an actual goal and ending. And now he added actual ending anyways.

Yeah, I thought the video was pretty bad as well. The whole idea that 'someone's past is irrelevant' is pretty retarded. Most people you see who have truly overcome their past typically laugh about it and discuss their cringe openly, or acknowledge and focus on present topics. Alex's posts as EvaXephon demonstrate that he hasn't grown at all; he still come up with gay rules in order to exert control over people, and he didn't listen to Mike Z's advice at all, otherwise the foundations for Yandere Simulator would be in a much better state than they are presently.

Seems to me TRO read the 'debunk' page and believed the lip service, rather than looking to Alex's actions to see if that lip service was put into practice. Lolcows will always tell you not to judge them for things they did however many years ago, and then will say "I've only ever had like 5 bad interactions over the course of however many years!"

Alex is one of those people who never gets a comprehensive critique video. Kappa Kaiju came close, but there's lots of code stuff in there that's just not hitting upon what's wrong with the way Alex does stuff. For instance, he replaces Alex's long chain of statements with a for loop, and calls it 'fixing' the code. Like nigga, that's not saving anyone's framerate.

As for Alex reflecting on development, I wonder if he'll address TinyBuild or his crippling lack of object orientation.

Sadly TRO just kinda brushed this situation off, as he did with other good poinst against Yandere Dev. Blaming dickish behavior on sudden fame was an easy way out, meaning he could still critisize Alex, but without shattering his image.

That's not as much a question of "what" as much as a question of "why". It would be justified if they dug up his past and made him run away, but what basically happened was Alex having a meltdown over the fact that people on /v refused to suck his dick, which he outright said in his last post, but even that fact wasn't voiced in the video.
