Yes, more people should be aware of that one. Once you realize the Madonna/Whore paradox exists, it explains a lot, especially incels and people who have an unhealthy obsession with women's virginity. Making fun of lolcow thots is one thing, but that is NOT the level he is on. Being personally offended at the idea that women like men's bodies, and even that women masturbate is fucking nuts.
I do blame his parents for him not understanding how sex works, that wasn't his fault. I knew it was gonna be bad if we found more about his past, but holy shit this is wild. Sad truth is a lot of kids who grow up in very religious homes are never taught about sex because the parents/community is scared to death of discussing people's privates, and they bash into kids heads that they are "evil sinners" if their touch their "pee pees." It does result in crazy shit like not knowing was a vagina is, and it's meant to keep the cycle of "fear of sex" going.
What's even worse is that in some hyper conservative or hyper religious communities, they still teach boys that women do not enjoy sex and sex is only for men's pleasure. At the same time, they don't teach women's anatomy, don't explain female orgasms, how menstrual cycles work, etc. because of outdated ideas about morality, because in their minds, even knowing about sex instantly leads to becoming a crackwhore. (Not how it fucking works) They literally think it is immoral to know what a pussy is and how to get one wet. It's disgusting but still happens even today, and it's just like how some schools still get to teach "creationism" and other non-scientific bullshit. Also, the way he writes on the forums, saying "I'm limited in my computer time... I grew up extremely sheltered... I'm being forced off of the computer" etc. makes me suspect his family was extremely controlling. That said, Alex choosing to keep retarded views about women into adulthood is totally on him.
Thinking girls have penises is the kind of mistake a toddler could make IMO. When I was a kid, my parents taught me where babies come from about as soon as I was old enough to ask why boys and girls are different. Nothing weird, it was just a scientific fact of life. Many kids learned from their parents just explaining the ol' "birds and the bees" when they got curious and asked. Most kids are also taught this stuff scientifically in school. It's absolutely fucking wild that a little bit of education when young, can make all the difference between an enjoyable, well-adjusted adult life, vs thinking that having sex is some kind of insane moral failure.
I think this also explains Alex's seeming inability to grow up. The fact is, that learning about sex and becoming comfortable with sex is just part of growing into a mature, well-adjusted, secure adult. But, because Alex couldn't get past the fear of sex and "women's cooties sluttiness," he never made friends (probably rightfully shunned for being a moralizing asshole), never partied, never experimented a little, never got a girlfriend, and thus put all his social and sexual energy into god damn hentai.
