The emetic poison is supposed to make Osana go throw up so you can eliminate her (or make Senpai throw up to make him dislike Osana). There's a different poison you can steal that will make Osana die.
You could make the whole thing more exciting by adding some complexity to the bentos - perhaps there's some sort of food that Senpai hates that Osana may or may not have made him and so sometimes they'll switch bentos and you can't just poison the blue one off the bat in case Senpai eats it and dies.

The whole game is ripped off from other stuff, bully, hitman, japanisu nihon pantyshot games, and he even tried to shoehorn yakuza in there - Even the models look like just ports of those animu dancer chicks from MMD software. Not to mention every NPC is just a recolor of eachother, like in habbo hotel.
The few things of merit here weren't even made by him - He's getting 5k a month for slapping shit together, playing vidya and being a whiny shit, every bit of fanart has been made for him, for free - Almost everyone is doing everything to support this fag's project out of good will and he thinks he has the right to still bitch about how hard it is to program and read e-mails - This makes my sentimental module's nitrogen cooling fluids boil.

The one thing i find most hilarious about his BotW videos are how much he curses. Going from "i am purer than other thus can pass judgement on them" and "you said you like a movie with 1000 instances of the word fuck so opinion discarded" to "80% of what comes out of my mouth is fuck"

I mentioned here when he first did the video. The fact that he specifies as emetic rat poison and that people go vomit on the bathroom makes it a clear ripoff from hitman. Perhaps i'm just stretching here but i think he ALSO stole the design.

Another actually good idea he'll probably steal.

Some students or even rivals could have allergies like the aforementioned peanuts and could easily be used in place of poison to get them into the bathroom for an easy kill. Course you'd have to waste one lunch time each day to figure out what they're allergic to, and maybe sometimes they won't have allergies AT ALL.
