After lurking for quite a long time and having to read almost 400 pages, I decided to make an account just for this.
I want to give my shit opinion on Eva, but this thread does enough.
Used to like him, now after reading, I really, really don't.

Something seems fishy here... This video has been up for a full year even with Yandere Dev's drones disliking and reporting it for assumedly a whole year if the comments are any indicator so, what gives?

Azzman is too clever to get on Alex' level. In German we say: "Der Klügere gibt nach" I don't know if the translation is right: "The wise head gives in".
But Alex can be very happy, that there is no real exposed Video. I mean, with all the suff in this thread and all the evidence, someone could really damage his reputation.
And even if you leaves his past aside, the present Alex is just a dickhead.

I think YandereDev has no real reputation. Would anyone with a larger sum of money ever back his game after Yandere Simulator comes out? (Or has failed?) He himself said that this project will cement his reputation for the future and if he doesn't do it right this will hunt him forever. Well, even a blind hen finds sometimes a grain of corn.
blood is the strongest evidence of a crime. you can never truly remove it from a crime scene since it's so sensitive; even if it's washed away, a uv light would still be able to detect it because of the proteins in it. you would still be able to get dna from it unless bleach, a substance that kills dna, was used to clean it. of course the uv light will still be able to detect it but since the dna would be gone, the blood would be useless for testing
we can determine yandere-chan's murder routine of kill student, dispose of corpse, change clothing. blood would most likely be dripping from her clothing. a forensic field scientist could identify her pattern and pretty quickly, they’d be looking in the shower room for evidence since blood carries dna. it seems as if eva only cares about that when it's convenient for the framing elimination method (which i'll get to). but he'll forget it as long as it's yandere-chan killing the student. by the way, the soles of her shoes will still have blood on them (blood that can be tested for dna). as i mentioned, blood is impossible to remove from a crime scene. i'd be slightly less disappointed if eva implemented bleach

kokona would have left latent (invisible) prints on the knife in the cooking club and all it takes is a swipe along the handle before you can no longer identify the prints. framing her would involve holding the knife while wearing gloves. the fabric would easily smudge her fingerprints. since the prints could not be tested, the police would not be able to arrest kokona since there will be no evidence to support she was there. also kokona has alibi
the drama club would find that the gloves are missing and looking back at the cameras that the school should have, finding that yandere-chan stole the gloves around about the same time the victim was murdered. yandere-chan would become the prime suspect

there is no way a high school student like yandere-chan could easily dismember a body. she would need to be a surgeon, a profession that works closely with the human body. this is because she would know where joints in the body are. but if she wasn't a surgeon, she would not be able to make such clean and easy cuts, she would instead be fucktating the corpse (also why is there a saw at school in the first place?)
expulsion
dirty secret: the only evidence against kokona would be yandere-chan's word. t,he counselor says it could ruin the school’s reputation but the secret never goes public, so what would be the point of expelling her?
while you steal sakyu's ring and put it in kokona's bag, kokona is away and interacting with other students (except for wednesday, when she watches senpai in the plaza) would she not have an alibi? would there be no witnesses?
cigarettes: if there's no evidence of kokona smoking on school grounds then there is no reason to arrest her. she could easily take a medical exam to prove that she never smoked
panty shots: this could never work since the rival would tell a teacher about her phone being stolen. if she doesn't believe that it was stolen, she would still find the phone in a different location and, for some reason, wouldn’t check to see if anything on it was changed
cheating: eva must think he's pretty smart by forcing you to make a duplicate sheet and leaving it back at the office like he “fixed the problem” but instead he creates two bigger ones. if you don’t make a copy, the teacher will change the answers, so for some reason that means you can't tell the counsellor (it’s still an answer sheet that the rival shouldn’t have). second, when the rival goes to class, she can't see the answer sheet inside her desk for some odd reason
the rivals are supposed to be intelligent students in a prestigious school. why wouldn't the counsellor trust them? why wouldn't anybody come to their defence? why would they cheat on a test if they're smart people? isn’t instant expulsion too much just for cheating on a test?
Kubz thinks that Alex is basically his best friend after the whole pink turtle thing, so he probably just ignores all the badmouthing in order to keep milking the game for views.

But that does not mean that it's easy for a non pro to dismember something (although you should never underestimate the power of an electrical saw, these can be nasty...). Just a little extra insight, I think there is one profession that would even be better at dismembering than a surgeon: butchers.
