I'm gonna take a stab at guessing his sooper sekrit plot twists.

1. Pedo teacher is tolerated because she's either willing to put out to someone in high places or is there for blatant nepotism reasons and the lazy principal is either related to her in some fashion or she gives him some on the side to look the other way. Or this school is so messed up a teacher perving on underage guys is the least messed up thing going on there that someone should have called attention to.

2. The delinquents are either (A) deniable kneebreakers for someone on the school board (B) their parents are handing said school board a lot of money under the table so they can basically get away with murder or (C) the school staff is just that laughably incompetent.

Those are about the only things that I can think Alex would use from the cliche anime high school tropes of ecchi/hentai anime (where he clearly got his inspiration from) that make any sense given his level of creativity, anything else would be either too inventive or make no sense whatsoever.

The "design flaw" he is talking about is from Nier, something in the game made him lose 2 hours of progress.

If i had to guess, he probably died twice in a row and lost his equiped chips, so he went back to a previous save file cause he is that autistic about 100%ing every game.
