Just went on youtube again to watch Azzman's playthrough of the lovesick version as well as how people reacted to his other video.

A lot of people are saying in the video's comment section that they are happy that Azzman spoke up and that they feel Alex acts like a petulant child and a bully. There were a lot of commenters who stated they could be honest about their feelings because of how honest Nathan was. I'm glad to know that there are a decent amount of people out there who are aware of how :autism: Alex is and that the game is a bloated, exaggerated mess done by a creepy weeaboo who is mad at the world because he couldn't get laid in highschool (or ever, who the hell am I kidding).

But really, it is pretty damn great that a moderately well-known youtuber like Azzman has come out and said his piece on Alex and his genuine thoughts on the game. That is a huge step forward compared to the cult-like rhetoric I'm used to seeing about Yandere Simulator on youtube. I hope Azz doesn't let Alex's bullying change his mind on being honest and showing his fanbase how poorly made this game continues to be. Good work going against the herd, Nathan.

So after reading the thread, I was wondering if anyone's found an explanation for why the player character never made a move on Senpai before now?

She has a shrine for him, which a few people mentioned the contents of might be in game collectibles? But if they aren't, then how has she been stalking him this long and never noticed Osana or any of the other rivals before? And if they are collectibles, then how has Ayano never noticed Senpai before when she's in her second year at the school?

Senpai and Osana are third years and would have already been there once Ayano got there. If there was a bigger school population, I'd assume there were just too many people, but we've already been told the school population was on the decline for a while, which means that there's really no reason for them to have not met.

Easy answer is easy but has Yanderedev himself addressed this string of nonsense?

EvaXephon didn't think the plot through after all this time, of course his answers to plotholes aren't affective.
Why didn't Yandere Chan realize her being too shy to confess is a threat to getting Senpai and why girls keep trying to hop on his dick? If she's willing to sell teenagers into sexual slavery, kill and go through the process of disposing bodies, and allow herself to be possessed by a demon over him, why doesn't she improve her confidence and tell him already? She is the type of person who'll do anything for what she wants. Why not the simple answer, it wouldn't kill the plot. She'd just be jealous of any of his exes if he were to have any, would be paranoid enough to worry about his sister being incestuous, and could catch girls either trying to make him cheat or telling their friends they like him. I'd find it far more interesting if she WAS with Senpai and she WAS a normal girl but was losing her stability from paranoia that he'd leave and has to prevent him from realizing what she has become. Like the relationship in the songs "Black and White" and "Housewife Radio" by GHOST.

But of course he just gives her no personality with choices that prevent more player choice in what type of yandere she is.

Alex never wanted to make her a Yandere, he wanted to make "a game where a girl goes around killing people" (Lunar Scythe) and he needed a context for that, so he saw School Days and decided the context would be "Ayano is a yandere and kills for love". That is all. He later threw some magic bloodline shit to justify her actions but made it worse.

If you aren't telling Alex that his game is a piece of art then you are immediately deemed a hater and "not interested in reality" as he so ironically states. The only times he actually takes any criticism on Yan Sim are when there are small, insignificant, easy fixes to be made to the game that do not reflect on Alex or his skills as a programmer or creator whatsoever. He cannot except when he makes mistakes and he cannot apologize or accept that he is ever wrong or treats people poorly.
