He has a history of defending Evangelion. His username, EvaXephon, is derived from Evangelion and RahXephon. He made an entire website dedicated to "proving" that RahXephon is a ripoff of Evangelion by comparing shots from each show and tropes. He tried shilling it on an Evangelion discussion forum, but everyone criticized him so he threw a tantrum before leaving. The only thing he really hates is Asuka, probably because he feels emasculated by her.

Isn't that already what he's doing with Ayano? "Oh, she has a mental illness that makes her unable to feel emotions? Well, I guess she must be a dangerous serial killer." Stay away from mental illnesses. Alex doens't do enough research to put it in-game without offending people with it. Look at what happened with Split. Sure, it did financially well, but there was so much controversy about how it portrayed MPD, to the point where they were writing open letters to the director.
If he adds it in, he'll fuck it up to the point of no return.

Dissociative Identity Disorder is rarely diagnosed but it is still in the updated DSM 5..

And yeah, Alex is definitely already making a joke out of mental illness with the way he is handling Ayano's story. It's too bad he doesn't give her more background and character to make her seem human, but instead she is a lifeless mentally ill killing machine with a ridiculous motive.. I guess I shouldn't expect much from a meme factory like yansim though..
