Whether the radio silence is out of an NDA or not doesn't matter at this point since people are going to jump ship on the project regardless of the excuses he or tinybuild makes over the partnership ending. The fact that tinybuild only worked with him for less than a year before calling it quits speaks volumes on how badly Alex is running this project into the ground while refusing to change anything or listen to reason.
