How the hell do these people defend him so hard? This cunt literally told a minor to kill themselves. How does that not fuck up his fanbase? How do they not look at this behavior and realize how disgusting and pretentious it really is? They don't question the 1k page long thread about his behavior, they don't question the easter eggs, Osana, useless features, how long the game was in development, etc. It's almost like these kids are brainwashed to love him and his content.

We don't know this kid, neither does Alex. But good lord, I hope the kid doesn't have any mental issues that may lead to his suicide. Imagine being told as an adolescent that your "idol" would be happier if you were dead.

I do hope this degenerate man learns that he can't act like this in front of fans because they have their own thoughts and opinions on subjects, immature or not. But we all know he wont.

I know there's zeal for independent crowdfunded projects (partially from the "AAA machine" bogeyman) but thousands of money-throwing fantards on the internet are a terrible boss compared to whip cracking bean counters. There's a reason Triple A isn't going away, and it's because they have budget limits, deadlines, and most of all, standards.

Alex? We have to lower our standards quite a lot for him to look good against anyone. Who can he claim he, as a game developer, has more integrity than at this point? Digital Homicide, a developer that has a number of notable finished games (such as The Slaughtering Grounds and Temper Tantrum)? Is Alex even better at taking criticism than James? I'm not even sure about that.

Absolutely disgusting. I never would've expected him to go that far. I did assume he was that kind of person, but I never would've thought he would say that shit to a person taking screenshots of the conversation and sending it to places where hundreds of people can see. Maybe it's because I haven't been following his "antics" for too long...

Until recently, when searching "YandereDev" on Google had his Lolcow wiki article on the first page of searches, it was actually pretty hard for people to find out about everything Alex has done. I mean, I followed YS's development (or lack thereof) for over a year before I found out about his shit. It makes me wonder how many of the "white knights" are still in the dark about him...

Anyways, is saying that a minor should die one of the worse things he's done over the years, or is there more?

There was some art theft like the "stealing a grass texture without the artist's permission" situation. Then there was a point where he tried to send his fanbase to attack a girl for running a hate-blog against him. Then there's his interest in loli-con, which I think was first discovered when he used a loli-manga comic and meme'd a panel to be about a loli wanting YanSim updates (drugs in the original comic). Then you got his past sperg-outs on 4chan and his old stream page, his incompetence in paying professional artists, not crediting some artists in his work, stealing art and guilt tripping artists into giving him said art despite telling him they don't want their work in his game (i.e. the FUN Girl thing), and the "too many emails, woe is me!" stuff.
