Every time we go to space do we permanently reduce the total amount of oxygen on earth a little bit?

The answer would be No, since air on earth is constantly replenished by plants and micro-organisms in a perpetual brap cycle meanwhile shuttles and space stations use the same OGS systems for submarines that essentially recycle the oxygen supply perpetually(with some asterisks) within said spacecraft.

Also, the planet gains matter every day from cosmic dust/etc falling into the Earth, so that may be used for the production of oxygen by plants for example, along with other stuff through photosynthesis.

So not permanent, but maybe temporary if anything.

Yes, but when we come back from space we take space oxygen from space's atmosphere back with us so it more or less evens out.
As far as anyone knows, earth oxygen is pretty much the same as space oxygen.
