I love how Tumblr whines all day long about PROBLEMATIC AND ABUSIVE (HET) SHIPS, but conveniently "forgets" about canon abusive behavior if gets in between their ~precious~ WLW ships. I mean, Queen Grimhilde forced Snow White to be a maid in her own castle and later tried to murder her several times! Maleficient cursed Aurora for things beyond her control and later pretty much brainwashed her into prickling her finger! Hahaha, watch out for FingerFuckingFemaleFury. She's the most pathetic lesbian nice girl that is found on tumblr. Bitch has been doing this shit for ages, and doesn't seem to get tired. The only thing she seems to do is thirst after lesbians, reblog endlessly, and always add uninteresting commentary to ALL her reblogs. She once even wrote a dumb fanfic where she had lesbian sex with Black Canary or something.

It's hilarious tho. They always complain about how the Classic Disney princesses are horrible sexist characters, yet suddenly they turn into "muh precious babies" the moment they make them carpet munchers.

It's not only the lesbians who want this, tbh. All of tumblr/hipsters are obsessed with media that is purely fluff or slice-of-life with little conflict or flawed characters (see We Bbare Bears, Steven Universe, all those hipster webcomics...), and it's just "all of us POC muslims trans will just eat cookies and watch Disney movies under a blanket while hugging our corgis uwu!".

I don't mind fluffy once in a while, but if these people had any say, we would have nothing but fluffy and that would be boring. In fact it would make IPs like Warhammer and other GRIMDARK series even more popular.

Steven Universe does have conflict. You can tell, because when it does, Tumblr always cries and screeches about it.
 
I had an artist friend who had an OC lesbian couple. But they were flawed and she treats the OCs as everyday people with problems, which was pretty nice from the tumblr ways of 'uwu must have fluff' norm. She tried making a tumblr blog to get exposure for her art then deleted it from her disgust at the rampant fetishism of lesbians and her OC couple is the only thing that matters to tumblr than her other different drawings of her other OCs and fan-content. Artist friend is now busy with real life stuff, has a job, and does really nice paintings with her tiny free time.

One thing I hate about the rampant fetishism is that one of the woman has to be some muscled butch character. Some times, that type has a backstory to her and that's understandable, but most of the time, she's just... as is just because.

A lot of tumblr lesbians are really, really creepy towards butch women. To be fair if they were straight they'd be equally creepy toward guys. They're usually awkward, dorky girls with anxiety issues who can't talk to anyone they like, so they just pine over caricatures of women on the internet.
 
I wonder if the collective noun for tumblr lesbians should be "an orgy." Since they can't stop thinking about shagging at all.

This just gets me thinking. For years, psychologists have been debating if "nymphomania", or "hypersexuality" as it's called now to not solely target women, should be officially included among the list of mental disorders, but is typically mentioned as a footnote under addictions and thus is usually treated as such. Given how Tumblr loves to screech and brag about their own mental disorders, this would be the most legit disorder to diagnose and thus accurately describe all of these thirsty lesbos/enbies/whatever-the-fucks under even as they glorify it.

'Course I'm sure they would find a way to make all mental disorders lesbian in the process if they haven't already.
