If she makes public posts (and the ones that were screencapped earlier were public at that point), those posts can be used on YouTube, Twitter, whatever. If she doesn't want people using her posts, she should keep all posts private, and make sure she doesn't add friends she doesn't actually know.

She consulted an individual or a firm to represent her due to whatever "bad" thing happened in her family; it's not like she has any constant, pressing legal needs that the lawyer slaves away over each and every day.
