One of my fav youtube fitness coaches has posted a video about our gorl. And he's on the money.
This guy lost me as soon as he blamed AL’s ever ballooning weight on the FA movement.

I do like Every Damn Day Fitness but he does have a tendency to blame a collective idea for individual miseries. Amber made her bed without the help of FA's.This guy lost me as soon as he blamed AL’s ever ballooning weight on the FA movement.
Amber weighed 400 lbs in high school. She's always been gigantic, way before she had any exposure to, or understanding of the FA movement. I haven't seen the guy's video but yeah, he's wrong.
I can’t remember what Amberlynn video this was, but growing up, she’d get free lunch from school as well as find ways to obtain more food from other students. She says she would eat twice to three times the amount as other students. Mixed with her love of snacking and aversion to plain water, it’s easy to see why she’d be 400 pounds in high school. Most people would try to grow out of those eating habits once they got to a certain weight and realize the health problems it causes. Not for Al. She wants to be able to eat like she did to get to 400 pounds in high school and be thin. No matter how much she tries to game the system, it will never work like that. She’d rather give up her life than give up food. How the hell do you get that big in school?? Like I’m sure we all had a few chubby kids in our class who were a bit plump but 400lbs is morbidly obese - to be that big at a young age you’d have to really try at it.
She asked the other kids for their unwanted lunch items, got a free lunch, and bought a second lunch with the money her foster parents gave her for lunch not knowing she was getting free lunch. Most kids would've bought weed or cigarettes with money scammed, but not Amber, she used it to procure double portions for herself. On askfm she claimed the teachers and lunch monitors never questioned her eating more than two lunches each day. It was a different time before childhood obesity was an "epidemic" and adults were less involved in children's lives. But still, even then she had no shame, not only eating all that in front of everyone but asking "are you gonna eat that?" and hoarding all the extras. She also said she stole food at the group home but didn't go into much detail about that.I can’t remember what Amberlynn video this was, but growing up, she’d get free lunch from school as well as find ways to obtain more food from other students. May I get some input on lifebyjen, she has cancer and is too on a weight loss journey on YouTube. From her audience I don’t understand yet what makes her better? Is it because she is still new?
