With so many layoffs, extra money for purchases that aren't strictly essential will drop. Companies will have fewer customers, less money for ads & online potential customers may shrink if this goes on for some time... which it will. AdSense might force creators to accept smaller payments for running ads - that's my best prognostication. But if there's 1 unpredictable thing, it's some aspects of human behaviour so... who knows?
