And you're right, they relentlessly attack Amber saying she's not empathetic, she's a narcissist, she's an evil person, she's manipulative. And whatever, we do that here too. But what we don't do here, and what the FB groups have in common with the haydur nation, is that they constantly profess how much better they are than Amber.

And then even after all that, they continue to attack her, and even attack other members of the group who openly empathize with her. And we circle back round to the core problem with these people; they're no better than Amber, but desperately want to prove to everyone, and most of all themselves, that they are.

I'm not sure why he didn't just turn off the comments instead of deleting the video. The video itself wasn't mean spirited or offensive.

I agree, but he may have thought it was in poor taste once he found out about her dx. It was about medical stuff in a way, and he posted it shortly before her announcement.

Being monstrously fat or heinously old also tends to make you depressed as fuck. When you're depressed, you don't give a shit about anything and tend to lash out. Add those together and then throw a helpless animal (or child or partner) in the mix. I think you can do the math.
