Disaster Exclusive: DOJ, FBI conclude Epstein had no "client list," committed suicide - Investigators found "no incriminating 'client list' " of Epstein's, "no credible evidence ... that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals," and no "evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties," the memo adds.

President Trump's Justice Department and FBI have concluded they have no evidence that convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epsteinblackmailed powerful figures, kept a "client list" or was murdered, according to a memo detailing the findings obtained by Axios.

Why it matters: The findings represent the first time Trump's administration has officially contradicted conspiracy theories about Epstein's activities and his death — theories that had been pushed by the FBI's top two officials before Trump appointed them to the bureau.

Zoom in: According to the memo, investigators closely examined footage of Epstein's Manhattan prison cell between around 10:40 pm on Aug. 9, 2019, when Epstein was locked in his cell, and around 6:30 am the next day, when he was found unresponsive.

  • The footage, which was reviewed by Axios but couldn't be verified independently, showed no one entering the area, the administration said.
  • "The FBI enhanced the relevant footage by increasing its contrast, balancing the color, and improving its sharpness for greater clarity and viewability," the memo says.
  • Investigators found "no incriminating 'client list' " of Epstein's, "no credible evidence ... that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals," and no "evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties," the memo adds.
Zoom out: As MAGA influencers, Patel and Bongino had been among the loudest voices touting Epstein conspiracy theories.

  • Since joining the government as Trump appointees they've been more measured in talking about the Epstein investigation, and thrown cold water on the notion he was murdered.
  • "He killed himself," Bongino said on Fox News in May. "I've seen the whole file."
MAGA's media universe and some of its voices on Capitol Hill have expressed frustration with the Trump administration's handling of the Epstein case since February, when DOJ released a tranche of Epstein-related files that were already publicly available.

Conservative figures panned the disclosure, saying it lacked new information.

  • "THIS IS NOT WHAT WE OR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ASKED FOR and a complete disappointment," Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) posted then. "GET US THE INFORMATION WE ASKED FOR!"
The intrigue: When Elon Musk had a falling out with Trump last month, Musk accused the president of being "in the Epstein files."

  • Trump posted on Truth Social a statement from former Epstein lawyer David Schoen, saying Trump wasn't implicated in any crime. Schoen had also represented Trump in his first impeachment trial.
Musk later deleted his accusation and other posts on X, saying he "went too far."
  • Still, the questions about whether Trump's name is in the government's Epstein files have persisted because they had been acquaintances who attended the same parties in the 1990s.
  • In a 2017 interview with author Michael Wolff, Epstein even claimed that at one point he was "Donald Trump's closest friend."
  • Trump, however, said in 2019 that he was "not a fan of Epstein" and hadn't "spoken to him for 15 years." He also said he had barred Epstein from his golf resorts in the early 2000s.
  • Democrats, meanwhile, have demanded to know more about the Epstein-Trump relationship.
What's next: The DOJ and FBI say in the memo that no "further disclosure" of Epstein-related material "would be appropriate or warranted."

  • The memo says much of the material relates to child sexual abuse, details of Epstein's victims, and information that would expose innocent individuals to "allegations of wrongdoing."
  • "Through this review, we found no basis to revisit the disclosure of those materials and will not permit the release of child pornography," the memo says.

Anyho,

My guess is he didn't realize how extensive the list was, I am talking a good chunk of the political and buisness elite of the US and those abroad. Releasing that list would be quite the grenade to pull the pin on because it will shed light on the US government's biggest scandal ever (both it's involvement and cover up) that it could severely damage the authority and reputation at home and abroad, not to mention the international incidents caused by throwing foreign figures under the bus too.
Well, that's fucking stupid. Trump and his admin are now on the hook as well. If you're involved with a murder but didn't pull the trigger, the law sees you just as liable for it. They could have said "we're not releasing the list because it could unravel the fabric of society and western politics at large" or some shit like that. But no, they're saying "there is no list." and "Epstein killed himself". FFS.

This is under the assumption Axios is truthful in this matter and not lying out their asses to make Trump look bad.

Trump took a bullet in the ear that was aimed for his brain. In the first six months of his second term he has shown almost no interest in investigating the two assassination attempts, the Epstein files have been handled terribly, and we are still waiting on RFK and MLK files. We need a president who is willing to cross the Rubicon and go to war with the State. Trump would have the popular appeal to do so, but he isn't a military mind and isn't equipped for it. Maybe this movement holds together long enough to outlive our enemies or a leader with the right qualities takes center stage who is able to actually combat them.
Much like locking up the Clintons, some deep state official whispered in his ear that it wasn't going to happen, and here's what WILL happen if you try.

I'm not at all suprised that this turned out the way it did. The people in power who did bad things, investigated themselves, and found nothing wrong? Who could have (not) seen that coming?

Catturd is spiraling!

Anyone old and reminded of that scene in the movie Network when Ned Beatty destroys Howard Beale’s whole revolt against the forces controlling us all?

Wow so those boxes of binders and photos and notebooks that we saw FBI agents pulling out of Epstein's island hideout from drone footage years ago was all just back issues of National Geographic magazine.

I guess it's official that Trump fucks kids. Too bad.
Here's the timeline people like you expect me to believe:

- Trump goes to Epstein island like every other politician in the major parties of all world powers and does shady things

- Despite trying to frame Trump with fabricated evidence of Russian collusion that was talked about every minute of every day for over 4 years in the shitlib media, releasing info about his Epstein child rape was a bridge too far for the Clinton camp

- Trump explicitly brings up the Epstein stuff in an executive order in one of his first days in office, vowing to release all of it (instead of distracting from it by talking about anything else)

- Trump and Trump officials prepare to loudly and publically release everything, say they will have all the documents within a few weeks

- "phase 2" conspicuously never happens

- Trump officials in glownigger agencies suddenly declare Epstein's death was not suspicious after half a decade of people talking about how suspicious it was, and the same people (allegedly, I don't know where this memo actually came from) claim there's no list of clients Epstein was running his underage prostitutes to

I guess Trump just forgot he was guilty and decided to loudly talk about it as a central point of his incoming administration. (Watch some stupid progressive claim Drumphler is as senile as Biden wasn't but then was.)

Here's the most likely scenario given the facts on the ground: all the evidence was brazenly destroyed in ways the Trump administration could not have imagined it would be or it was revealed to have been destroyed long, long ago, just like the JFK assassination shit. This has the added benefit of making the Trump administration look bad and possibly guilty of something (even though that doesn't make any sense if you think about it for a second) and guilty of other people's crimes by proxy. Why would anyone hold on to evidence of high crimes? Out of a sense of duty? LMAO

It's also possible that, in addition to evidence being destroyed, they found other evidence that implicated basically the entire political class in America (or Our Greatest Ally™️ and/or the rest of the world), and the decided they just can't release it because they would all lose all institutional credibility and/or get fedposted.

This is all (educated) speculation, but it's a lot more likely than what you said just based on what we do know.

At this point, the United States government is expecting everyone to pretend they're not shitting in our hats and telling us they fit better.

Switching the time stamps on the video would be one thing so they can pretend nobody went into that kike Epstein's cell and choked the life out of him. But saying he didn't have a client list is a damn lie from the pits of hell. You can't fucking tell me that Epstein had presidents and princes and shit flying on his Lolita Express out to his private island because he was such a great guy and he just happened to have an oil painting of Bill Clinton in a dress. As far as I'm concerned, his client list is every celebrity, every royal prince, and every high official in the United States federal government and I hope they all go to hell and catch on fire like he is for all of eternity.

Thinking there was a list was braindead, like bro nobody writes their crimes down unless they want to get caught.
It was an intelligence operation so it was heavily documented, for sure. That part isn't even ambiguous really. The existence of the list has been known for years. They found a "safe full of tapes" when they raided his property, that's all documentation of crimes (and we never heard anything more about it).

The sad fact revealed by the failure of the Trump administration to come clean about the Epstein affair is that Elon was probably telling the truth when he implied Trump was much more heavily involved than people thought.
