I don't think this is anything serious but hypothetically what would happen if the dam failed I think a lot of the country would you be without power

It was built in the 30's from what I recall, giving plenty of time for shit to go wrong. All it takes is one bad wiring job and a few years later, boom, you've taken out a transformer.
