Slightly off-topic, but I currently have 3 of the Spongebob play sets with the half a pineapple house. So I have like 1 1/2 houses. How many LEGO sets do all of you have?

Some batman figs with my figure collection. Far too good for Chris to put crayons model magic on.

Jackie was inspired by his pushup video. There, he just flopped on the ground for a bit, and acted like he was doing real pushups. But you can't fake a pullup - either you can lift your body weight above a bar, or you can't.

Excepting the subject matter, the Lego-centric posts are actually really low on the autism traces IMO. I want to think that is because of the new neurons being forced to be forged in Chris' brain thanks to the massive life changes and all over upheaval that morning brewed coffee contributed to a few months ago.

I actually think it's because of the subject matter that the autism traces are so difficult to detect though because I can tell from the photos that Chris is deep in the middle of recreating the hellhole depicted by the panoramic view of his bedroom back at 14BC. Why his self preservation instincts haven't kicked in so that he doesn't go back down that path again by choice?

Not to sound ignorant, but why don't we discuss them?

On-Topic: I really want another Father Call scenario to happen. Someone who would really chew Chris out on in real time. Because honestly, this is greedy, even for him.

I think it was just a general decree that we wouldn't give them attention because A.) Kengle used to post here and loves it when he is acknowledged, and B.) Waterhead used to search the forums and also thought he was important when we talked about him.

I have some sort of pirate ship sea cow thing (I totally forget what it's called), but I don't use it. I covered it in gasoline and set it on fire because it was taking up too much space. I mean, I guess I could have seen if anyone wanted it, but that takes a lot of effort.

I spent my last dollar between now and next payday as a small donation to Levar Burton's Kickstarter campaign to bring back Reading Rainbow. If I am able to help kids today and in the near future to take up reading and prevent them from becoming ignorant dolts like OPL, then it was money well spent.

Exactly my point. Unfortunately some people seem to want to feed into Chris's greed and laziness and send him more things only to encourage it further.

I agree with this.
It's Chris. Telling him he's being selfish and that he doesn't NEED two Spongebob pineapple house sets isn't going to provoke a thoughtful response. He's not going to suddenly realise his whole world view is skewed. Marvin is right, only inescapable, irrefutable solid facts can ever give him pause. Even then he quickly finds a way to align it with his world view (I can't do a pull-up but at least I tried).

It's also pointless to send him shit. It just makes him more smug, more demanding, and more justified in asking.
