Seriously-I think he's talking about a story that came out a while back about Eisenhower wanting to eliminate lesbians out of the WACs. Sometime in the 70s or 80s a women's/lesbian's rights activist who was a former WAC started saying Eisenhower tried to purge the Corps of lesbains. The story pretty much fell apart when it was examined though (i.e she lied about her rank, got dates wrong, etc). I think that's the gist of the story from what I remember.

I'd go research it, but I really don't want to google "lesbian Eisenhower"

Loving the fact that Chris is claiming to be proud to be a woman (or have a woman's soul, whatever). He's been born and raised male, spent most of his adult life embodying or attempting to embody the worst stereotypes of masculinity, has demonstrated a quite astonishingly misogynistic attitude and now, on the basis of a decision made a couple of weeks ago that he's transgendered, he's claiming the right to feminine pride earned through centuries of worldwide struggle.

So, as ever, he's demanding maximum credit for minimal work. It's good to see that coming out of the closet hasn't changed him.

This. Seriously, I am so glad I wasn't the only one who thought that drawing was sub-par even for Chris. The fact that he hammered out THREE of these 'masterpieces' on the same damn day is proof enough that he just doesn't give a shit and is basically churning out Content For Cash.

Also, the fact that she's diving around with her gloves on bugs me for some reason ... and where the hell is Boulder Dropping Whale?! (He's my absolute favorite -- he's like the King Kong of Sonichu for me)

Is it worth attempting to track Chris' eBay sales? Honestly this has made me curious how much Chris is actually selling. I know a few folks have been monitoring casually and there was a post that said Chris sold 9 B&W commissions in the last month. Maybe we can make a thread about it if Marvin is ok with that.
 
I always enjoy looking at the similar items on his ebay listings. They tend to be a bunch of fairly nice looking pieces of art in the $10 range.

Given that Chris manages to sell some of his work at several times that price, we have a pretty good measure of a way Chris "infamy" directly benefits him.

I'm guessing Chris new lady friend has been having him cruise Tumblr and Reddit and That's where all this pro-feminist, pro-lesbian, pro-trans, and gender self-labeling has come from. It won't be long until he claims he's an "Electric Hedgehog Pokemon Hybrid Lesbian Womynkin". Oh Chris, shine on you lazy diamond.

Also, I'm happy to see I'm not the only Cheap Trick fan on the site.

Where have you been? There's already a tracking going.. and it's being like triple checked. What Chris sells is pretty much an easy thing to figure out, what he buys on the other hand is difficult and is a rough estimation (some ebay sellers are on a higher privacy setting, or he may not buy off of ebay).
For example: during this "ebay sales saga" (if you will) Chris has sold roughly $2140 worth of Sonichu merch. He has bought, on ebay alone, roughly $2300 in Lego stuff (and other stuff too; like the Sailor Moon Dvd Sets). And that's just the stuff we can see on ebay and it's not the stuff that's private or the stuff he's obviously bought elsewhere.

Just read this thread. Sorry if starting a new thread about Chris being homophobic while trying to boost his sales via a human rights thing didnt warrant a new thinger, but I didn't read this thread.

Essentially he's saying he wants people to "support" him, his mother, and his cause by buying his commissions. He also says it's a deal to buy them and compares it to something that doesn't really make sense or apply right. Basic Chris stuff.
