holy shit it's still in closed beta? Was there any reason for it? The community around the game always felt elitist to me because of how long you needed an invite to play it.

Oh. No. It actually got released about a year ago or so.
I'm not sure what it was like on release as my PC was low on HDD space and it required 30GB but it quickly petered off and now there's 0 players most of the time.
All that meticulous autistic tweaking that was too divine for mortal eyes was 100% worth it.

I had just come to post that same post. I think there's really something to be said about mocking the 'cockroach boy,' someone who can only masturbate to cockroaches, but offering sympathy to someone who can only masturbate to dinosaurs.

He was a part of the dev team at least during the initial development cycles/Jaykin Bacon Episode 3 years; I don't think he had much to do with it after Postal took over development lead in 2018ish or so.

Not a new low, he admitted this back in the Facepunch days, along with his vore fetish. I remember him writing a big post about how he'll never have a relationship because he is literally only attracted to dinosaurs and can't get it up for actual human women. I honestly can't believe I expected better from the leftovers from facepunch who were so terminally online they couldn't just let it go.

And yes, I understand I was one of them. But I'm so happy I used it mostly as a news aggregator rather than jumping into all the subcultures.
