Public display of swastikas is illegal in Austria. Tattooing them on your body, even if you've done it under the influence of drugs or alcohol, is also illegal. Doubly so if you're an active member of the armed forces. This is nowhere near comparable to what Kovarex is doing.

unless some globohomo dude manages to infiltrate CZ's equal to parliament or whoever regulates laws to make anti-commie being a crime (granted the person doesn't "vanish" or is killed in front of everyone, because that's how much CZ's hate commies) i wouldn't hold my breath.
