Fair Access to Financial Services (OCC-2020-0042-0001)

Dodd-Frank enacted the Volker Rule which bars banks from engaging in proprietary trading, meaning agents or units of a bank cannot buy or sell securities, derivatives, commodity futures or options in the banks’ accounts unless it is absolutely necessary for the business of retail banking such as currency trading. I think this is a more reasonable and overall better rule personally.
Well, it's better than nothing, I suppose. It certainly leaves a lot of wriggle room for what is "necessary" since the banks still seem to do whatever they want.

I can't wait to donate money to this hell hole via PayPal and then subscribe monthly to the DailyStormer and also if I have any shekels left over give the rest to some politcalsperg grifter who's been blacklisted from payment processors.

...and afterwards, Minecraft some See eye eh nuggets with my car while building God's temple in my operating system!

Banks should be entirely nationalized but saying that too loud gets you shot.
But what if you're from other countries too? I mean; At least in my country we have national banks, and also private banks like Macro
We need to take into consideration Virtual Cards like Brubank Prex, etc..

Repealing that may be the single worst, shittiest thing Bill Clinton ever did
That's a bold claim to make on a Clinton considering their sizable list of "shittiest things". Was it even worse than Waco?
Actually considering the long-term ramifications of the act's repeal... You're right. It really is the worst.

short of actual criminal activity or terrorists
Bank Mogul: "Okay, fine. Have it your way."
~Immediately begins extensive lobbying campaign(s) to convince legislators to criminalize [benign activity] and/or officially label [religious/ideological/political group] as "terrorists"~

Bank Teller: I'm sorry, Mr. Ghidorah, but I just looked you up in our computer. In 202X you were fined $300 after being found guilty of calling a transgendered person by the wrong pronoun and not apologizing, which infringes upon transgender people's civil rights. Thereafter you were twice investigated for a series of Bookface posts from associates of yours which depicted you giving "high-fives", which the ADL and Supreme Court officially recognize as a hate gesture from members of the Super Nazi Death League, which is a totally real domestic terrorist organization. Just ask the President! Then later that year you were found to not have properly updated your domestic vaccine passport; you're overdue for your Covid-45 inoculations, making you a threat to public welfare and a walking bio-hazard. With that you've lost our "Three Strikes" rule and you have been blacklisted from all financial institutions.

You: This is retarded. Give me my money.
Them: Help! He's robbing us now!
Prison

I'm joking but you know what I mean. The Pharisees didn't get their power by just following the rules. They snaked their way through them even if they had to nibble loopholes into existence like rats gnawing through wood, then they made their own rules between those holes before elevating their rules above what they chewed through.
You're right and I agree with you, but thinking on it again these sensible caveats you listed are the wiggle room they need anyway.

What we need isn't good laws written with steel ink but men with steel spines to uphold good law. If this regulation passes it'll be a golden start, but cowards and whores make for poor guardians of gold.

This is exactly why making the government an even more powerful gatekeeper of who is and isn't allowed access to banking and financial services is a fantastically more retarded idea than leaving things as they are, or better yet reducing the barriers to entry so that credit unions or other financial institutions can make some headway.

Lobbying should also be illegal honestly but that's a different can of worms

Those two are drastically different things. As things are now, banks are basically government institutions. Having them respect the (lax) governmental regulations on speech too is a good thing. If "hate speech" becomes illegal in the U.S., you are fucked anyway, bank or no bank.

Decreasing the barriers to entry is a good thing, but it will never happen.

1) Banks are private businesses. More government is never the solution. Just establish a credit union if you're ass-blasted at the currency changers.

2) Jews run both the banks and the government institutions regulating them. Jews will never allow fair competition to harm their shekel collecting.

3) World economy is going to collapse completely within five years due to the unrestricted printing of fiat currency during 2020. Thus, all of this is irrelevant anyways.

Well, that's the new Chink system of social credit on it's way to America anyways unless you lot water the tree of liberty sometime soon.
