Fair Access to Financial Services (OCC-2020-0042-0001)

You some kinda commie or somethin'?
We have other public services like highways and fire departments. All taxpayers ultimately pay for these things, and everyone can use them. If your house is on fire you call the fire department and they show up. And even a homeless person is a taxpayer even if it's just from buying liquor and cigarettes. Everyone benefits from having shit not be on fire all the time. It's kind of the same with banks. All taxpayers bail these fucking things out all the time. We all pay for the existence of these things, even if we don't use them. Yet they make immense profits like a private business and are now refusing service to the taxpayers who support them based on utter bullshit. Revolutions have been waged over shit less bullshit than this. Adding a regulation that costs them absolutely nothing but their "right" to promote globohomo wokeshit is really the least we can do, and there's at least a rational argument for just outright nationalizing them, although personally I don't like the idea of that and think it probably would make things even worse.

I have no issue with nationalization I was just cracking a dumb joke.

sure, regulation is one thing, "nationalisation" as you said is another and you are intelligent and you know it very well. I agree banks should be regulated but not nationalised and I am sure you know that some countries have something called a citizen's account or whatever that they are forced to open.

There are many payment gateways and money is money, many don't care but ok fine, have it your way, it's your website.
You're so fucking stupid. Quit trying to sound like you're smart.

Have you not paid attention to the fact that we can't sell shit because literally NO payment processor will host us? In order to get the T&H tag you have to send Null BTC or a literal Visa gift card code. Jesus you're dumb. You're dumb dumb dumb. Kill yourself you dumb faggot.

My issue with the Nationalization of banks is simple: Can we really trust the government, considering they can't even do Social Security properly? Don't get me wrong, modern banks are ass. But I would rather to fix the current situation by stronger regulation and demonopolized the bigger banks, rather than giving my money to the guv'ment where they'll use it to fund some shitty urban federal 'restoration' project without telling me.

Happy birthday, deer feeder.

I'll do my part and leave a comment, Dear Feeder. Have you read the book 'Debt: The First 5000 Years', by David Graeber, by the way? It talks about all the scummy shit banks do, and I think even you who already doesn't have a high opinion of banks would be shocked by some of the shit they've done throughout the years.
I just got it, it seems fun. Thanks for the recommendation.

This happens in the UK as well. One of the women’s groups got their bank account with the the Co-op closed because the trannies said they were a hate group.
Banking should be regulated so that all legal transactions MUST be allowed. The combo of cash free and banks enforcing their opinions is too dangerous a control mechanism and totalitarianism by stealth.

Happy Birthday null, try to enjoy this day.

If banks have to go through a rigorous process done by state employees, before they can open for business, then it would be logical for banks to not be able to close accounts because of speech.
You get tested by the very state that upholds the first amendment before opening? You better be giving out your service to people who disagree with you politically.

Happy Birthday you communist spy.
Wanting positive change on banks that are going NUTS with power? What are you... Antisemitic or something?

Yeah, I'm not really a huge fan of the idea of centralizing the power of banking institutions in the hands of the government. All it takes is some luddite to try and fuck over things like cryptocurrency even more than they already are. Hell imagine if states pass laws restricting access to firearm sellers via the banks. There would be too many ways to abuse that power.

I would be fine with banks being treated like a power or water company instead of wholly nationalized.
Some variant of Glass-Stegall would be a great start. A lot of what happens to banking for Null is probably not legal, but banks have impunity. An aggressive de merging of banks would help there, alongside a clarification on the body of law on non discrimination.

Happy birthday generous Josh. Picture semi related, Jesus's birthday.

Touchy, eh? I'm not here to advertise anyone, but if you really don't know which ones to use, there are many I can suggest to staff on PM depending on the country you prefer, as long we keep a civil conversation. Not my companies, not making any money out of them and they work very well.

and happy birthday Null
