Fake Army Ranger Called Out/Stolen Valor

There's a video that has gone viral and making headlines about a real army veteran calling out a man in uniform who was impersonating a US Army ranger to possibly get black friday deals. Now wearing a military itself isn't illegal but using it to make a profit is. Also the man was arrested before for impersonating a police officer.

I don't care what your personal thoughts on the military are, pretending to be a member of a group you aren't for personal profit, be it pretending to be military, emergency workers, disabled, etc, is a fucking scummy thing to do, and if laws don't already cover that under fraud for things besides the military/police, they should be extended for it.

It's disgusting, some people have no shame.

Yeah, I know, Jace pretends to be in the military, but he's a very disturbed person who badly wants respect. This jerk just wants to save a few bucks by pretending to be in the Army.

Yeah, Jace just wants respect and does wish he was a marine. This guy on the other hand just, as you said, just wanted to save some money by impersonating a member of the Armed Forces.

Also gotta like how some comments (legit) have to say the soldiers have no valor just because of questionable things done by other soldiers along with some people thinking the fake ranger did no wrong. Gotta love the comments of Youtube.

He's in the same category as those people who stand outside of stores wearing fake nurses uniforms collecting money in a bucket.

I hope he gets what's coming to him. If you're too lazy to put in the work then you have no right to what real men have earned.
