Fake cell phone for verification purposes

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
Anybody fucked with that Mint Mobile shit? Is it as a good of a deal as it seems?
I would have suggested this for OP's purposes if he didn't say he didn't have a cell phone at all
I tried it out, and for $5 you can get a starter kit from Amazon with a SIM card that has its own number. I don't believe it has a time limit, just 250 texts/minutes/whatever limit.
I didn't continue with the service cause the internet service was too slow, but I think it could work for a second throwaway phone number assuming you already have a phone that takes SIM cards.

He wants it for PP so its pretty safe... if you have a free way of getting around twitter authentification, PM me.
PS. i will burn that way so hard Twitter will think its in California...
I use Google voice to bypass Twitter bans

I checked on some cheap prepaid plans a couple of years ago and from what I remember, some of the cheaper offerings like USMobile had issues with use as SMS verification on sites like twitter.

For anyone reading the thread, a good resource for all things cell plan/provider related is HowardForums.

Fuck the landline, get a flip phone and Public Mobile. You can buy a sim at any Telus/Koodo kiosk. Basic 100 minutes/unlimited texting is $15 a month, set up autopay and you get 250 megs of data(more than enough for a flip phone) and a $2 monthly discount bringing it down to $13 a month. Is your landline less than $13 a month? You can get an unlocked flip phone called the "cool pad" for $100 at Wal-Mart, at least in my province.
