How long do you have to have the privacy account open to order something. I just made the account and went to order the shirt but the transaction isn't going through. I thought it was something wrong with the billing/mailing address so I changed a few things and did it again. Same result. Does it have anything to do with chase bank?

Chase are very protective, try calling them to make sure they're not blocking the transaction. (I don't use privacy.com but used to have Chase and they were autistically protective)

I am just now seeing the transaction pending on my chase account and an email from privacy.com saying that $30 dollars were authorized to new project 2. This is after I tested it with my real card, which lead to the same message as before, so now I'm thinking that the shits just slow to get through. Still no email from the shirt site, which worries me but I'll keep waiting and hope I don't end up with 3 of the same shirt and $120 gone.

Some banks, like Chase, are super paranoid. I got a fraud alert one time by swiping my card at a gas station air pump 5 miles from where I was living. Also if you used a debit card, banks may be ramping up security on that after a spate of ripoffs where cons used Venmo to access people's checking accounts. Yeah, call them up and tell them to knock it off.

I use Chase and just checked my statement online; $30 was taken out on date of order and I used my debit card. I never received an email though. Maybe because that same debit card is being used for my MATI monthly donation as well.
