If /v/ is to be believed, special weapons and armor are somewhat common. A piece of arm armor that has a chance to disarm melee attackers, a piece of leg armor that reflects damage on attackers, and a pistol that partially ignored DR were a few they showed.
It appears they still have unique equipment to go along with these, the ayy lmao blaster returns, and can be modded.
 
Aaand add Fallout 4 to the INFURIATINLY long list of games that think a racing wheel and pedals is a 360 controller.

I really should just have device manager as a taskbar shortcut at this point it's like every game I swear...

Just download a vpn and change your download region on steam. I changed my ip to somewhere in New Zealand and I've been playing since yesterday morning. Also, has anyone had problems switching to the female character in the mirror scene at the beginning? I keep overloading my gpu every time I try to edit her.
 
Oh just a tip, much like Mass Effect roll a female character, FemVault here is a much better VA than her male counterpart, and since you're gonna be listening to your PC talk the entire game...

I'm probably still running MaleVault because I accidentially made Oberyn Martell as a PC...

That said even MaleVault is still leaps and bounds ahead of the acting in previous bethesda games (including the not really bethesda ones like New vegas) so there's that.

EDIT: Apparently the FemVault voice actress is Jack from Mass Effect, which explains why she sounds so good. Probably gonna do a FemVault run instead, especially as I think I completely botched the opening.

I have a VPN and am connected to Los Angeles servers. The store I bought it from was a Chinese store so I think that's what's stopping it

Uhh it isn't language locked is it? Becuase I know the Russian/CIS ones are usually language locked because how much cheaper they are.
