Tim isn't going to shit on his baby, that would accomplish nothing. If he wants to ballwash this travesty, that's his problem, thankfully Chris Avellone who was responsible for some of the best games in the franchise is more critical of it.
That doesn't change what I said, anyone who thinks this show is genuinely good either has brain damage, zero standards for their media or is trying to shill it for personal gain/money, there is nothing inbetween. Tim stands in the latter category, burning his bridge with Todd would be dumb. Chris likely won't get hired by Bethesda again so he has nothing to lose by speaking his mind.

the fallout show has the same dogshit streaming tv writing everything has so even if you have no idea what fallout is the show is still unbearable
There exist better shows than this and with the advent of the Internet/Netflix it has never been easier to access them so even if you are bored and just want to watch slop, there is better alternatives. Only people who know nothing about Fallout and just like the aesthetics(or have zero standards like Bethesda fanboys) will genuinely watch this. That's why the TV show fans deserve no respect no matter what the context is, they are borderline subhumans and the "modern audience" that companies like to bring up at every occasion. I'm talking nu-Star Wars "I clapped when I saw X!" type consoomer, have you guys seen the 10 dollar Nuka Cola drinks they are now shipping as limited time promotional items to hype up Season 2? Same shit you can get at Walmart, 2L for $2, but this one has a special sticker and bottlecap so they charge you 5 times more for like 255mL per bottle or whatever it was, about the same size as a small Mexicoke. It's Nuka Rum from Fallout 76 all over again except this time there is no complaining.

Of course, all that does not even touch on what the show does to the lore, or the awful way it presents the universe, nothing like that. It's what it represents and how bad it is in the vacuum even without the Fallout branding that is an affront to anyone with any media taste. What does it say about the fanbase when the awful Resident Evil TV show with black Wesker that namedropped 4chan and nyaa(anime site) was cancelled but this shit got a second season and probably many more already paid for? How many of these awful TV adaptations flopped only for the nu-Fallout fanbase to beg for more? I can only think of Last of Us right now, and that shit is just a borderline movie anyways, so little wonder why the fanbase is eating that shitty adaptation up.

New video covering the Fallout modding community.
He's a bit of a normie but it's a pretty decent video.

It was Tim that said the iconic "It was never about capitalism". A sentiment that did confirm the franchise isnt about being some criticism of capitalism, it never was nor should it ever be.

Then we got many mfs claiming death of the author and Tim even got banned from the Fallout reddit for it (because how dare he not...uhhh...say exactly what we want him to say?!)
little wonder why the fanbase is eating that shitty adaptation up.

Iirc, history repeated itself with Season 2 dropping viewership hard after Joel getting killed. Not even normies tolerated that shit and the intense mockery that Egg Face got really is a sign that Season 1 was only able to get away with it because of a stronger source material but the moment it ran out alongside with Pedro peacing out, they had to relay on Egg Face's acting and this is the moment even normies couldnt deny she looks fucking weird and borderline grotesque when compared to game Ellie (Abby's TV actress looks more like game Ellie than game Abby).

Either way, that drop off was scary, even more now that its shaping up that Season 3 will focus mostly on Abby's side of the plot from Part 2 and no one is looking forward to following her. Nvm that Druckmann announced he is quitting his involvement from the TV show from now on to work strictly on that heretic whatever game he is cooking up (also shaping up to be another disasterous flop), which means he was forced to quit either because they pin the drop off on him or/and because he has been that unbearable to work with.

No matter how you look at it, The Last of Us TV Show is dead and it wouldnt surprise me if Warner quietly cancelled the show after Season 3.

And given how a Part 3 seems increasingly unlikely, it really seems like The Last of Us as a brand ends here, with a pathetic and yet not undeserved whimper.

No Part 3
No shitty Multiplayer focused game
No Season 4 (Season 3 is only happening because it contractually has to)
Would be shocked if Naughty Dog is still around until 2030

This is a tale we gotta tell our kids, a tale of a gaming brand brought down to ashes by the hubris of a single man (coincidentally a jew, just saying...)

The motto always meant something very simple but important, humanity's history is defined by conflicts. Sometimes they are for good causes, sometimes evil, something for no reason at all, but that conflict, violence and killing never changed in its core.

It just so happened that our methods of conflict became our near undoing and even then, we will keep fighting among the ashes of the old world

"Because war...war never changes"

Hopefully, we will see the same thing happen with Season 2 of the TV show, but somehow I doubt it.
Isn't just the motto of the franchise is "war never changes" for being the same megalomaniac causes of conflicts since the dawn of civilization?
"War Never Changes" becoming the series' wacky catchphrase is as stupid as bottlecaps becoming currency again, it shows Bethesda understands nothing about Fallout. Intro in the first game was meant to highlight how thru out history, nations and leaders were always greedy and it was just now that technology caught up with their stupid destructive forces and led to the end of the world. Fallout 2 was more general, talking about how the war was inevitable and when it came, the entire world burned. Even Fallout Tactics highlighted in a quite literal sense that pre-war world was full of war right until the end, likely referring to the Sino-American war with China and USA and the European Civil War(briefly mentioned in canon and has a bigger focus in the background of Fallout London) or even the brief nuclear exchange between the Middle East and European powers before The Great War.

So, what did Todd and Emil do with it in their games?
"War LE BAD, HUMANS ARE BARBARIC AND LIKE TO HIT EACH OTHER WITH STICKS AND STONES!" as of Fallout 3, and Fallout 4 didn't even have a point, it was just a speech Nate was going to give in the veteran hall or whatever(cool visuals in the movie, tho). I can't even remember what the intro to Fallout 76 was but it was probably cringy and awful too. A teenager could write something better than this, but then again, this could be said about nearly everything Emil has ever done.

Same goes for Bottlecaps, even Fallout 2 went as far to show that nobody took them seriously the moment NCR introduced their gold coins and there is an entire quest dedicated to this punchline. Even tertiary material like Fallout Nevada(takes place before Fallout 1 and shows how, realistically, first generations after the war would still be using Pre War Money as currency) or Fallout Tactics(smart enough to use it's own currency for both wastelanders and Brotherhood quartermasters, since even some random Australians that didn't know anything about the franchise could tell nobody would be using bottlecaps in the middle of the fucking MidWest for no reason) knows it would be retarded to use bottlecaps again, so they didn't. Here comes Todd and he brings back caps again, despite them being a very Fallout 1 centric currency since literally the only reason people used caps was because of a tradition that started in The Hub. Water Merchants used bottlecaps to signify how much water would cost(imagine every cap being a liter or something like that). Since everyone needs water and nobody has more power than The Hub, people naturally just adopted caps over time as currency to save themselves the trouble of switching to something else when dealing with Water Merchants. What the fuck was the excuse to bring them back in the East Coast games, especially 76 which takes place BEFORE Fallout 1 and The Water Merchants? As if them screwing up dates with Brotherhood of Steel wasn't enough(audio logs are dated to BEFORE Brotherhood of Steel even existed according to Fallout Bible, something Bethesda should know since these same entries were in Fallout 3's Citadel lore computer and yet BOS is not only already set up but also looking to expand into the East Coast according to the the game by that time).

Even FROST pulled this off, which goes to show how terrible Caps are unless you literally have no way to mint coins/print durable paper.
Mind, all places there'd logically BE such bounties are fucking barren or deliberately unlootable, but they still did it.

I mean, New Vegas also knows how stupid it is but at least it implemented lore about it: Basically, during the NCR-Brotherhood war the latter bomb NCR treasury and steal the gold, then on top of that (((Brahmin Barons))) further do everything in their power to devalue the currency until the state has to print so much money that it is nearly worthless and their power over the now buck-broken senators is absolute since cattle will always be valuable in any society no matter what state the economy is in. So, since they have no gold, NCR have to switch to paper money, and since paper money is useless, Mojave goes back to using bottlecaps to show how much they despise NCR in order to mock them, not just that but even worthless bottlecaps are worth more than NCR bills, funnily enough. Most of the West Coast thinks bottlecaps are a joke by that point, remember? Even within their limitations, Obsidian can make this extremely bad writing work, meanwhile Bethesda has zero lines about why people use bottlecaps in any of their games or even mock the idea(Follows Chalk in Honest Hearts calls you a moron for how much your caps jingle, for example), they just treat it as if this was always the case and will always be the case no matter how many games they release. Ironic, considering the closest thing that Fallout 76 gets to a plot(outside of killing a reskinned Skyrim dragon raid boss at the end of the 1.00 questline, yes it is literally just a Skyrim creature internally) is dealing with the US treasury vault in order to bring back currency across America. I guess it never worked out since 200 years later the entire East Coast is still using bottlecaps for zero reason, even tho there is plenty of pre war money still left over(at least NCR has an excuse why nobody wants to trade with their bills).

Oh, and Ceasar's Legion literally has means to mint brand new golden coins as their currency, something that is so valuable that The Strip casinos are willing to accept their currency even tho they are technically enemy of the state thanks to NCR occupation. What is the excuse for the East Coast factions? Legion is one of the least technologically sophisticated groups in the franchise, they openly shun medicine and science and they still managed to make their own currency, not just that but one backed by something when NCR was stupid enough to let a few paladins steal their gold away. You're telling me Rivet City can work on advanced hydroponic and energy experiments but they can't establish their own currency like The Hub when they are the closest thing that region has to a trading capital? Same thing with Diamond City or Bunker Hill in Boston, even establishing some regional memorophilia like London did with metro tickets would be less stupid, even if it would be cringy.

They already killed off the Tunnel Snakes in the most humiliating way in a Fallout 4 Creation Club DLC, which I guess are also canon now.
tl;dr all the remaining Tunnel Snakes after Butch leaves to join TLW form a gang outside of Vault 101 but they all get turned into feral fhouls off-screen and are effectively killed-off

Not even Fallout 3 is safe from nu-Fallout humiliation.
This would not have been that bad if the CC content was allowed to have custom voice acting so the whole plot isnt told via terminals and notes so maybe we could actually interact with these characters that people like instead of having to read about how all these guys got axed off screen.
CC content is effectively canon, yes.
Yes, even the Skyrim one, though they did at least try to fit it in. Unlike the literal Autonomous Iron Man Armor Gone Haywire one.
Yeah i like a lot of the skyrim CC content, even stuff like that one mini oblivion gate one was neat for the limitations CC content has.a
I imagine this can be debated for a while, but personally I don't think CC should be viewed as canon, even the CC now part of base Fallout 4. At best I would put it in the same level of canon as the Fallout Bible, but otherwise it's just extra bullshit you shouldn't actually think about.
CC should be seen as non canon until a mainline entry confirms it or references it.
Honestly if they made the fall of shady sands be post new vegas this probably would have gone over better and made more sense if we go off of how House talks about the NCR and how they will deal with the loss of hoover dam, the nuke is still stupid however and it not having a date screams "we didnt think this through)
Same goes for Bottlecaps, even Fallout 2 went as far to show that nobody took them seriously the moment NCR introduced their gold coins and there is an entire quest dedicated to this punchline.
Bottlecaps make sense for a general currency for anywhere outside of NCR or Legion territory but not within. Hell even new vegas shows us this with crimson caravan keeping track of bottle cap counterfeiting and production. I do agree that bethesda handled them poorly but it isnt a shit idea overall to keep caps around alongside established faction currency.
I can't even remember what the intro to Fallout 76 was but it was probably cringy and awful too.
Like the actual intro or the tutorial intro? The intro is a speech from the Ron Pearlman voiced guy talking about the plans and future for vault 76 and how the residents are the future for America after the bombs drop "you must rebuild, not just walls, not just buildings but hearts and minds."
Stonetoss is a retard

Yeah i like a lot of the skyrim CC content
No no, i mean the Unironic Skyrim Asset Import CC Addon. Skyrim's CC stuff is slightly more effort-driven, despite CC as a concept being fucking retarded.
CC should be seen as non canon until a mainline entry confirms it or references it.
Unfortunately, this is not the case despite what the wiki(s) will label it for.
And if the Fandom wiki is labeling it as 'maybe noncanon' you know you have a problem.
Doesn't help that half the addons for 4 are pseudoreferenced in the show which for all writer purposes is considered 'Fallout 5'. None of them the half-decent ones.
