the new vegas one seems cool. not pay money for it cool but not faggot colored pip boy tier
That one's free, the only ones worth downloading are the ones under BGS only in the CC menu. That's how the old menu worked and how it shouldve stayed.

Side note: the new CC menu is so atrocious it's not even funny
Cheap DLC for old games is what companies do when they're hard up for cash. I don't think Bethesda is down bad but this is another shot across the bow of Starfield being a failure the likes of which we can hardly imagine.
Given the rumor about them trying to fix Creation Engine and using Starfield as a guinea pig, would also explain why they have quite literally left the game to rot post shattered space.

Man could Bethesda write some really evil options. I always liked you could tell star paladin cross that your dad "died as he lived, a selfish asshole.", shame the narrative doesn't really support an evil karma run, it's clearly the game where the system was at it's best.
Yeah, a lot of options with being evil in the game.
My favorite are enslaving people, siding with the slavers at lincoln's monument, poisoning the water, destroying the citadel in Broken's Steel and so on.

Yeah, needs mods to add extra throughlines for shit. It's kinda fucked, but explains why the dialogue square was added with 'yes, yes, yes (sarcastic), more info, leave conversation'.
Someone ported the More Roleplay Options mod to TTW a short while back but i can't find the link and don't feel like digging too much more today.
im on a downgraded version, cant access that shit
It's for the best. Most CC content, even made by Bethesda, tends to just outright break things for no reason.

look im not playing through fallout 4 but i am gonna show you my monstrosities i could make with the character creation system

(this is as good as i can get with this thing when making ugly people)
Despite not liking most parts of FO4 I do genuinely enjoy the character creator.

I made Carl from Aqua Teen last run.

"Friggin ghouls and supa mutants! You want summa dis!"

Carl build for FO4 sounds really fun.

What would his stats and loadout be?

FO4 doesn't have traditional S.P.E.C.I.A.L but I build him as a high HP tank with deficiencies in INT and CHA related skills.

He uses a mini gun and only picks aggressive/confrontational dialogue options.

Sir, another New Vegas Prototype has been recovered
TL : DW for anyone too zoomer brained to watch a 13 minute video.
-Dead Money* and Honest Hearts are essentially complete, being little more than release builds with console commands
-*Dead Money, however, has a earlier build called Dead Man's Hand also present, which has model and texture differences, and lacks audio for voice lines.
-Old Worlds Blues is 5 months from release, and features plenty of cut content, including the VR simulation room. The game crashes the instant you complete the VR Simulation, sadly.
-Lonesome Road is the most unfinished, only featuring incredibly unfinished levels, 2 NPCs and lacking all of Ulysses edgy ranting, so arguably the preferred version of Ulysses.

The release also has patches for Xenia if you want to play the dev builds on a emulator, and a tool has been released to help convert xbox files to pc files.

its pretty incredible that dead money was the first dlc.
in my mind they have always been
honest hearts
oldworld blues
dead money
lonesome road
If you are playing hardcore, especially if you are playing ‘very hard’ difficulty, then you will want to save OWB until after Dead Money.

Food in OWB is tougher to come by and the spawns of lobotomites/nighstalkers are far more frequent than anything else in the game. Even on hardcore, I find the cloud/ghost people from DM much easier to deal with than the enemies in OWB.

Admittedly I tend to mod my game so it is punishing all round (no sneak indicator, less loot, less skill points on level up, more XP needed to level up, tougher game economy, fast-travel only with certain food items, hardcore etc) - even without those mods though, I would still recommend DM before OWB because the DM rewards (Holorifle, access to vending machine in Elijah’s bunker) help a great deal for OWB in my opinion.

In terms of story, I’ve always understood OWB should follow DM, irrespective of recommended level; but obviously you can do OWB before DM and it will work just as well.

Myself, I’ve always tended to do this order (sometimes skipping HH or LR entirely)
- HH
- DM
- OWB
- LR

And if I have a strong science/energy weapons/survival build, then I may swap the order of OWB and DM.

This might be a bit cheap, but if you have the skill and a good combat build (and you don’t care for the LR story) , it actually helps early-ish game if you can start LR, and at least progress to the second damaged ED-E prototype; that will give ED-E back in the Mojave the early ability to repair your weapon 25% once a day and generate MF cells. Because you can leave LR at any time, you can get these first two ED-E upgrades and then return to the Mojave. Again, cheap, but if you play a masochist build like I do then this is invaluable early on. Obviously you don’t want to go too far and encounter Marked Men or you will get your arse eviscerated at an early level.

Finally, I try to do most of the DLCs before I deal with Benny. That’s just me, though.

Same here, because I like to nuke both NCR and Legion at the end of Lonesome Road. I usually follow the main quest up to when you arrive at the Strip. Then I do all the DLCs with Dead Money first and Lonesome Road last. Once I finish looting both nuke sites I head back to the strip and advance the main quest to get the Mark of Caesar and Crocker’s Note to get rep reset with each faction.

"i know you nuked our only route to move troops and materiel into the region, but you're just such a loveable scamp that ambassador crocker is gonna forgive that little nuclear debacle. and you DID nuke the legion too, so... even steven?"
