Probably INT, since a lot of speech options are gated behind high INT in F2

Funny that the Legion is actually quite liberal in some aspects, buttfucking is more accepted in the Legion than in NCR

How so? The Legion outlaws homosexuality and has a child quota. There seems to be relationships behind closed doors at most, where if those involved are discovered they will be punished with death.

If based around the Romans then it works like "don't ask, don't tell", IIRC Julius Caesar himself wasn't shy about fucking his own soldiers during boring nights. It's more "opportunistic" than truly homo, we're talking career soldiers and the legions had a strict discipline about not bringing women to the camp, so everyone is bored out of their minds most of the time.
 
If it hasn't been done already, someone should make an edit of the rape scene from South Park where it's Todd Howard and the CEO of Microsoft (or whoever would be more appropriate) raping a NCR ranger instead of Indiana Jones.

Game devs always have been leftist for a while because the decades from 2000s to 2020 has inculcated the idea about how the right is evil (constant mockery of institutions like the army, church and family life) and left is combating the lovecraftian disease of radicalization and how there are nazis everywhere, so you will find some left wing propoganda which can vary on how you interpret it, for example 28 days later people normally will find it as unique take on zombie media focusing more on brutal survival and search for hope while a right wing schizo on youtube who I found saw it as race mixing propoganda where white people are seen as obsolete rage machines. (he weirdly does make sense so I would recommend watching it)

So I wont watch the whole video that you just posted and neither I want to indulge in an argumentative dialogue because in the end there is no use to change people's mind, everyone has their own interpretation and have the full right to go with it, because in the end literature does not allow absolutes, it gives the reader full freedom to take whatever message he understands, as media literacy is the anthesis to it.

So here I go with the points i think need to be addressed

1. NCR making half of their army female-

I played the game for a while both pirated and steam bought, and all of NCR military cadre is male, the ambassador you meet is male, the general is male and the main guys who control the two major NCR army camps is led by Hanlon and Hsu and rangers are dominantly men. Female enemies especially female NCR enemies are quite a few and there are female NCR officers who are borderline woke, the one that fits the narrative is the NCR colonel Carrie Boid, she is tasked with torturing a Ceaser Legion soilder but she is so ineffective and sucks at her job ( blaming NCR protection of POWs) that the courier has to step in and you can free him easy. The other is a "badass" NCR lesbian sniper who gets raped by Fiends leader Cook Cook, these are basically all of what NCR has to offer for their rememberable female members and almost all of them suck at their job.

In my opinion, the female participation in the NCR is more likely to show that how desperate and mismanaged the NCR is that they have to throw women in the frontlines and how almost all the women suck at their job. You can even laugh off the female security at camp helios and the hit squad that they send you, and its literally just a female "ranger" bringing along a full male battalion to kill you.

2. Female Ranger beats ceaser legion with her bare hands

This is a prisoner of the ceaser legion, and this is somewhat a narrative failure on the writers part. Again the writers are leftist, so the outrageous is that she can beat ceaser legion members with her bare hands that is all by every means in all of universe impossible as even a man you cannot beat up especially military trained personnel with his bare hands. It is more likely that the ranger was male and they either changed it last second or created a very cruel mockery of the so called NCR rangers, because once you step in the ring her so called barehands do barely any damage and you can easily put her down like the previous slaves with relative ease.

Considering how the Ceaser legion is, I think it was a mockery more than a statement by the writers but if the latter is true then it is definitely woke.

3. Female NCR president

This is a nod to Tandi, a character you save from the Great Khans in the first game, her father is the main game changer and built NCR not her, and all she does while being President is follow her Father's blue print and win elections rigged by her brahmin baron friends. In fallout 2, she suffers from dementia and again shown as an ineffective leader by the time the Chosen one comes into action. You can see how various factions like Vault City, Redding, and other cities are not only refusing to bow to the NCR but are growing as threat to its power.


Conclusion-

Fallout NV allows players to use their complexity of their minds and choose whats right, giving you almost absolute freedom which puts replay ability to infinity, as you will continue to re download and experience the game over and over because of the freedom, the game inclusion of leftist politics is more of again giving player choice and allowing them to form their own conclusions, in a sense the devs no matter what politics they followed wanted to give us a grounded realistic experience of a wasteland that has various factions and multiple people to deal with, Just like irl you will find delusional fags, people with god complexes, traumatized people who has seen some disturbing shit, greedy sociopaths, people down on their last luck and even horrors of society like pedophiles, rapists, serial killers, cannibals, traffickers, NV inculcate all of these and give us a breathing living sandbox for us to explore with such features like woke acting as flavors than political messaging where again you have the full right to interpret as such.

First I've ever heard something like that. From what I remember Caesar being gay was senate slander people came up with to mock him while he was still alive.

It all started because when he was young he stayed (iirc) an extra week when visiting a foreign prince because he liked the vistas and didn't want to go home so soon, so naturally everyone started making jokes about how the prince railed him in the ass and that's why he stayed.

Ancient Rome was basically just the IRL Farms.

As far as I know the only Emperor that openly let dudes fuck him in the ass was Elagabalus, and he was so hated by everyone that his own guards murdered him and the people didn't care.

For some reason I never see people mention this whatsoever, but I’m pretty sure Obsidian caught the inconsistency in regards to what Jimmy says about the legion and homosexuality, because the last line he says here seemed like it was shoehorned in at the last second. His voice actor suddenly loses the “gay prostitute” voice he was doing for Jimmy and just sounds like he was brought back to this character later to quickly do one more line for him, which is basically like “yeah the men need to reproduce but if they get that much done, the gayness is permitted”.

There’s also Colonel Moore who I guess you could argue is incompetent because her whole thing is just “kill any group that gets in our way”.
