But Canada has been annexed by America in the Fallout universe so they wouldn't be "going outside of America," would they? :)
Yes and no as Canada was annexed but if Canada and America both looked the same it would be kinda lame so Canada would still need that "outside of America" identity.
It's pretty obvious that Bethesda considers the show and 76 to be canon
Usually thats what happens with official entries.
I'm going to add a small addendum to this, Creation Club content is ranked below spin-off Media, hell it's probably below Grey Canon.
Crossover creation club content (doom armor, skyrim armor, quake thundergun and prey suit) is a tier under normal creation club content.

I know that, I was clarifying that any they aren't really canon copium will likely be rendered irrelevant if we ever get another Fallout game.

Anyway, I've been thinking. Why was Braun the be all end all when it came to getting Vault-Tec to help with Liberty Prime's power source if they had cold fusion? The obvious answer is that the writers didn't even think of this (although Liberty Prime is up there with the T-45 and T-60 Power Armors as one of the most iconic and defining elements of the Bethesda games and is presumably why the Commonwealth BoS wants cold fusion to begin with), but it makes me wonder how secret the whole cold fusion thing was. We know House knew about it, as did the Enclave and Vault-Tec higher ups. So was General Chase part of the Enclave or was he kept in the dark despite being the most experienced and highest ranking general in the US Army?

i remember when this trailer for 76 dropped a number of years back and it always made me cringe, particularly the part at the beginning with the white woman spinning around shooting things, i knew back then bethesda was wanting to take this to like a borderlands whacky shit style, its almost like lucy killing the kings, i think this fallout show is one of the rare examples of a studio fully understanding the game developers vision and even expanding upon it, if only other video game movie/show adaptations had such a synergy, it would be amusing if the show were to fully succeed and cause emil to get tilted to the point where he tries to sway things back

I thought this was AI for a second lmfao.

Thoughts on this video that alleges the Amazon show is communist propaganda? - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xcMPlPvwbg
Came here to post it but it looks like interest in this series is nowhere near S1 level.

🤷‍♂️

Props to him skewering the retarded Moldaver line around 17:30, I and plenty others knew where things were headed as soon as we heard it.

Can confirm, the only person I know that actually watched(and enjoyed) the second season is my cousin, who is a massive normalfag who has never heard of Fallout before, not even the first season of the TV show. It seems the only people who like it are people who never played the games, or don't understand what they are about.
Fallout 5 is DOA, not only is it going to be mechanically worse than F4/F76 but Bethesda chained themselves to this absolutely retarded plot and "iconic" characters, that will make for one unholy abomination of a game. If Starfield and the latest F76/F4 updates are anything to go by, then F5 will just be Starfield without the jetpack and the spaceships, probably AI generated to hell and back with low amount of man made content that is garbage anyways, oh and no mod support for at least the first year of the game and it will be absolutely broken on launch. Not my problem, the target audience for this shit absolutely deserves it, there is enough fan projects to keep actual fans sated for years. They are the ones actually carrying the franchise at this point.

Fallout 5 could also retcon whatever it wants from the show so we still don't know what's actually canon from the show.

Everytime i check out the latest episode s2 is in top 10 for Canada so i think its just interest in the show is dead in spaces that already didn't like s1 or Bethesda fallout.

You know fallout 5 could also never mention the events of the show or use them as basis for the main plot?

Nu-Fallout "influencer" ScottyFitness had a crashout over someone on instagram saying he looked like the gay uncle from season one of Ozarks.

The absolute state of bethesda nu-fallout goys.

Okay I just finished the episode and honestly, this was pretty good. I wish the entire show could maintain this level of quality. Also so much for not confirming an ending, an NCR victory at Hoover Dam is all but confirmed at this point.

It was also kind of badass getting a better look at the annexation of Canada from a civilian POV. I feel like despite it being the first bit of lore you encounter upon booting up Fallout 1, it's something that hasn't been properly explored. Also ten bucks says Emil's someday going to confirm that the soldier who got blown up by the suicide bomber was also Nate lol.

I'm going to wait until next week before sperging about the president becoming a Super Mutant just in case the show actually explains what happened there since iirc there was no FEV on Control Station Enclave until around 200 years post war when they started making the modified FEV strain to purge the world of the irradiated masses in FO2.
