Oh if Legion, then yes use YUP, I had quite a time doing a legion run a while ago (not self-promo, but I linked that to tell you what NOT to do if you go Legion)

as for content extensions, they aren't really needed beyond side quests, there's these two which I've had in my list to look at later, I haven't played either and they're both years old so they might not play well.

Why would you permanently remove any companion before they are useless? Not being rude its just really funny to read about you doing that andmurdering moore and wondering why the president doesn't wanna show up anymore lol

As for Cass, I thought that getting her to leave would've been a legitimate solution to that quest, beyond that the game just outright removed the dialogue option pertaining to starting Birds of a Feather, which 2/3 stages in that quest don't even concern Cass.

For Moore, yeah it makes sense logically that Moore getting killed in her own office would cause Kimball to think twice. The issue was I went to Caesar, got to the part where he gives the assassination orders and you exit dialogue, and the Nano-second I left dialogue, Arizona Killer started and failed immediately, and Caesar acted as if I was present at the Dam and choose not to go through with killing Kimball, when in reality I never left Caesar's tent.

It would be one thing if Gloria commented on not needing a new employee because certain business has already been attended to, or Caesar calling me a retard for killing Moore at the Dam, the problem is that something was clearly bugged in both scenarios, because I had done things the game had not accounted for, that in my opinion they should've.
 
When you kill an faction central character, all those linked dissapear as a failsafe mechanic.
That's why if you kill Crooke or Moore, NCR turns hostile and vilified inmediately; the same if you kill Caesar in his tent.
The alternatives for that are the threshold quests: don't tread on the bear and beware the wrath of caesar. Failing either makes you perma hostile for that faction, except siding with House or Yes Man, which NCR just remove their ending for you. Legion is still hostile.
Imagine making all those quests to apply scripts and let your game function. It is impressive at this day.

Yeah the birds of a feather issue is literally just an additional voiceline skipping that step or just informing them of your actions and that completes the step.

The Fallout 3 steam page, including GOTY edition, had several trailers removed yesterday. Similar behavior was noticed on the Oblivion steam page a few weeks prior to the shadow drop of the Oblivion remake/remaster.
(The earlier rumor about the countdown clock on the Fallout TV show website is likely fake and gay, as people datamined the site and found out the last location is just the Lucky 38.)
The Fallout TV Show's first season is being uploaded to youtube by Amazon for free.

The legion are such an important piece to the overall puzzle to why new vegas is so good yet a lot of fans ignore it because "oh their evil slavers who crucify people, they're the bad guys and its actually problematic to join them or like them."
These aren't the one dimensional slavers in 3 who are just evil because 3 wants to tie everything to karma for some reason they are given actual history, they are given reasons and experiences that shaped their actions and they serve as ramifications from the ncrs actions if you agree with Caesars take that the ncr only worked with Tandi as president/glorious leader and corruption genuinely didn't happen before her death.

I still find it super funny that the main Slaver villain in Fo3 is a Black guy.
