I'm assuming either the gunt bought a fake test, or god is laughing at us again.

Since Meigh is raising their kid pretty much by herself, I'm surprised even Ralph managed to find time to smash, leading me to believe that it's probably not Juan's kid.
We do know the gunt has admitted to having an escape plan, but getting the horse knocked up, pretend or not, will just make her more dependent on him. 3 may be unlikely as well, as again, raising a baby by yourself is fucking tiring.
