Well. I really did it. I blew it up. Damn me. Damn me all to Hell.

My re-imagining of things, in this case Bubbles

Unlike Rosechu and Angelica who are very reserved sexually, Bubbles is a giant slut who fucks every black guy in town, even Inos, though she favors Blake and Bionic who is renamed Bionig. She can't wear any kind of top because her gills on the sides of her upper body would be covered and she's constantly horny because of her super sensitive hair tentacles always rubbing together. While technically being on the good guys side she is also a small time crime lord, having Blake, Bionig and other CWCville gangbangers commit a multitude of crimes, up to and including kidnappings. She is a total bitch only interested in herself and when called upon by Sonichu and the gang she will put in little to no effort to save the day.

I'll be lurking around the thread. Sadly, my scanner is busted and will be for some time so I can only offer little doodles from my iphone. I'm sort of ashamed to admit I've doodled a few Sonichu characters out of boredom on quite a few occasions. If anyone has interesting requests I'll be happy to sketch something up.

I decided to try my hand at drawing Slaweel the Witch, and tried basing it off of this picture

I took a few creative liberties( if that's what you want to call them). I wasn't sure if the top was just a sleeveless shirt, or armor, since I can't tell if Chris intended the areas around the sleeves to look frilly or if they were supposed to be pauldrons and she was wearing the infamous "boob plate" armor. I decided it only made sense that it would be armor what with the viking helmet. I based the armor off of a pictures Celtic plate armor that I thought resembled the top with the flanges, and I tried to avoid making her look as voluptuous like most fanart depictions, and made a point to avoid the "boob plate" design. I tried to scan it, but my scanner was acting funky, so I snapped a picture with my iPhone. Unfortunately, trying to scan it smudged the picture a little bit. But it's not really a picture that I think I will finish in the near future because I'm not entirely satisfied with how it turned out...

I say this to everyone but: Anatomy, anatomy, anatomy.
Its a pain in the ass but its something you should study immensely and always. I always suggest sketching your figure's pose as a stick figure and slowly add up from there.

There's a few issues in the face and the chest is a little disproportionate to the rest of the body but otherwise I like it. I've always wanted to design MLW as more of an old witch than the young version we see by others. Keep it up!

Yeah, The sketch was a bit of a rush job. The proportions of the body I think deserve a little wiggle room since I did design her wearing the breastplate armor, which is bound to make her upper body look a little bigger, like in the picture I based the armor off of:

My art teacher from senior year actually brought up the suggestion of using a stick figure pose, then build around it. I've tried it myself, but I don't think I've been able to get it right. The face looked a little younger than I intended probably because I had the image of Angelina Jolie as Maleficent in the back of my mind. I even tossed around the idea that the horns would be a part of her head like the young depictions, but there were also holes in the helmet that they fit though. It would be similar to Angelina Jolie's headwraps covering her horns as Maleficent, but with a helmet instead.

I think when I draw a better looking version of this take, I want to mix the Valkyrie look that Chris had going on, with some of the subcubus elements from the younger looking depictions. I also tossed the idea around of trying to incorporate elements Graduon's true from and Chris's Modnation Racers avatar into the staff, and add the sort of branch/veiny looking grooves to it and make it look more like an arcane instrument, rather than the bland look Chris went for.

Once I finish that! I think I want to try my hand at an EVIL!Sailor Megtune(I've flip flopped between the names "Dark Sailor Megtune" and "Negative Sailor Megtune"/"Sailor Negtune" after hearing someone bring up the idea of her becoming another Sonichu villain, and then maybe try my hand at Count Graduon or Naitsirhc next.

EDIT: 5/30 I decided this time I would try my hand at Evil!Sailor Megtune, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I decided to start with gesture drawing and build around the figure this time and the end result looks pretty good, though I was kind iffy about the face. I was unsure if I should've drawn it in the more "realistic" look like I did with Slaweel, or if I should've tried drawing in Naoko Takeuchi's style that she used for the Sailor Scout characters. I decided to change up her weapon a bit into a more "evil" looking guitar/axe hybrid.
