Side note another new """""non sexual""""" age regression fic just got posted. There has to be a private Discord these people are coming from or something because this is insane.

Most likely, but at the same time I checked the comments and besides one person calling them sick fucks for ageplay and some requests, I noticed one person said "welcome to the agere group" or something to that effect. Makes me wonder if it's some sort of group of age players who are sort of keeping this stuff as some sort of club. It would explain why these read like they're written by the same fucking person.

This is just weird and I probably wanna keep tabs on this now.

Someone's definitely mad but it isn't Chubnuts ;)
On a sidenote, notice how they went so quickly to call the anon a pedo when they simply said people writing underage fics were more honest with their fetishes.
I'm sort of hoping now that this IS some group of Tumblrtards trying to hide a fetish by acting like the non sexual version is all innocent. It'd make good thread material.
That or these are just some nobodies with an agenda.

Because of Chubnuts, one of the authors in this little circle decided to POST A CHAPTER crying about how they're not gonna write Bruabba age regression anymore

This whole age play thing is incredible. All these people crawled out of the woodwork at once and all it took was a little bit of criticism for an entire meltdown. Also, good, bruabba is way too good for this bullshit.

Tbh, I blame mostly Tumblr and Twitter for this state. They're the usual suspects in writing weird or "uwu, soft boi" shit and then having nuclear meltdowns when someone calls them a weenie head. That are they just go "owo, u go girl, need more!" on a fanfic about gore, scat and other horrifying obvious fetishes.

Tumblr and Twitter are the source of a lot of artist drama, where people try to cancel artists for who they ship or what they draw and get pissed when the artists are like "lol, no." And by what they draw I mean they get pissy when artists are obviously horny or focus on characters they don't like. It's bad but not as bad as Ao3 imo.

I must agree. Ao3 has more of the issue of everyone belonging to these little cliques and warring HARD when someone dares to make fun of their little coven.
 
I've always been under the impression AO3 are mostly overrun by Tumblrinas who run their own RP blogs on the side.

Seems that no fandom is safe from the Purity Culture crap. Love Nikki has some of it too, but at least they just block you and leave you be. Anyway, what I love is that they're largely ineffectual. Even the vile shithead who put a needle in a cookie over Frisk/Sans in Undertale didn't stop that artist.

Well it took some digging, but eventually I found a fanfic on ao3 that best encapsulates the....less than classy side of the black butler fandom.
