In trying to upload some art of my own (and failing, fuck you, Internet, and you too, Tumblr), these pictures of Dawn came across my feed. They're by the same artist.
Completely redrew the first, but colored it with the pastel brush just 'cos, so it looks rough.
The picture and the text don't mach I wanted to fix that. I went more with description text than what story was in the picture. The goth got less change, mostly just making her look more subtle and shy. Her clothes more conservative and less unusual because if she was shy why would she want to people staring at her? I tried to do the hat couldn't make it work so left it out. Body wise she is bit smaller but that was just get proportions work better for me so I tried to keep the similar spirit. The preppy girl was naturally the bigger change, so big that it's easier to say what I didn't change witch is pretty much upper body pose and her height. Still I tried to keep all the elements from the original but just taken trough preppy style. She has long hair, wears pink, has a wool shirt of shorts, there are buttons and so on. She well put together and ready stand up for herself and people she cares about. I actually kinda really like my tiny Karen.

I really wanted someone to redraw this picture because I thought it had some potential and you did a really good job! Your redraws are pretty cool too.
So this blobfish comic was posted yesterday in the SJW Art thread, and apparently has been meme'd to hell on Twitter lately:
This comic's just another one of the zillions of terrible comics (or art pieces in general) where the whole thing is that flirting = sexual harassment and only disproportionate levels of violence are an acceptable response. The guy barely says anything, asking for her number before he walks away (what), and she's sweating and her whole day is ruined. It's already an overreaction, which is then followed up with "that asshole! let's stab him with a knife!"
So instead of just redrawing it (it's not that bad looking) or rewording it (4chan beat me to it anyway) I made my own comic with the same setup, but for my tastes, handled a little better.
I tried to make the crime-punishment ratio more fair. Not only is the assailant actually being threatening/perverse and therefore deserving of a significant punishment, but the joke isn't just "haha let's stab people, violence is great AM I RIGHT??" it's that this guy who thought he was in some kind of position to demand a girl take her shirt off was chased away by a giant bird. The power in the situation is flipped in favor of our heroine, and the assailant's line of "show me your kiwis" is ironically called back upon because he's chased down by a giant kiwi. And even despite being grabbed by the wrist and twisted around, Krissy Kiwi ends the comic by making a joke about it, showing she's not phased by this asshole's harassment. The viewer, who's meant to sympathize with her, doesn't feel victimized or powerless, rather, they come out of it self-assured and confident, with the implicit understanding that people who act like this are creeps, and that creeps get their comeuppance.
I kind of sperg'd out and overanalyzed the shit out of this comic, but that's my take anyway. I put too much effort into this to not post it.
On the SJW thread, I promised a redraw because the art isn't bad but the face...yeah no.
And the tags that came with the drawing.
Pardon if it looks a little off, I couldn't 100% replicate the JoJo style, I had to work with the artist's canvas rather than my own technique at a low resolution and my graphics pen died so I had it tethered to my PC.
The obvious difference is the face, made it in the JoJo style, I gave him a furrowed brow and opened his eyes to give him his iconic stare with his sky blue eyes, fixed the puckered lips cos they look ugly and gross. Looking at the hands, I should have added some details to make them look less soft but I at least edited the nails.
The artist had rosy cheeks but they are girly af so I edited them out but I missed a spot, lol!
To credit the artist, everything else looks fine. If they stuck with the normal style, I'd buy a print of this but they just had to ruin our good man.

I tried redesigning the characters of magical girl friendship squad, the original had a bong and birth control as their weapons but I changed it to a umbrella and a guitar and changed their outfit designs too
I think there's some stupid fucking headcanon going around that AD is trans and that's why he has the titties (when it's actually just fluff,) and you know how people online are with their trans headcanons. It's one of the reasons Hazbin Hotel is so widely hated, because "hurr durr transphobic" even though afaik there aren't even any trans characters IN Hazbin Hotel. Maybe they just wanted to make AD more masculine because they think AD is FtM and this would be "gender reaffirming" or something.
I'm surprised at how much of a hate boner Corobo has for Hazbin Hotel. So much so that she went right back to just drawing fanart.

There will be no transgender (and most likely non-binary) characters in Hazbin Hotel so the dumbass headcanon is false. Honestly a pretty smart decision since HH would be controversial like South Park/Rick and Morty/etc. and the current demographics the SJWs are simping the most for are transgenders, and especially their favorite non-binaries they worship to death.
