I lost 60lbs and just started hating the excuses people give.I can fully understand , even as someone who struggles with their weight that is just revolting and people should have personal shame
Nearly there, Tess is still fighting.I think Ozempic has killed this movement already.
She's the Japanese soldier still fighting for the grorious EmpireNearly there, Tess is still fighting.
Fat acceptance is for the poors. The rich have Ozempic.I think Ozempic has killed this movement already.
All the skinny people I saw were bullied out.I think it's more like fat resignation. Some people just can't lose weight. It's possible, sure, but our food is all poison in America. Fucked genes don't help, and that's becoming more prevalent for some scary reason. Like, have you ever seen a skinny member of the fat acceptance movement? It's about giving up and retaining some hollow pride.
Cokes (soda) as well. Changing from Coke to water was the biggest eye opener for me 3 a day to nothing."Some people", you mean <0.0...1% of people cannot lose weight, for the rest it's mostly understanding calories in/out, and doing any sort of exercise, even if mild.
You're not going to get fat if you eat a balanced diet with veggies, instead of what I usually see from these people, a bucket of KFC, a ton of chips, or the worst shit of candy and processed stuff.
If you eat Donuts regularly, don't cry later than you can't lose weight.
Funny that isn't it. As soon as there's a reliable way to lose weight that doesn't involve personal effort and discipline, everyone loses interest in "accepting" it as just how people are.I think Ozempic has killed this movement already.
It's just understanding calories in really. A lot of fatties would shrink to just chubby if they stopped drinking calories long term, exercise is great and everyone should do it but it's not a viable weigh loss strategy imho.it's mostly understanding calories in/out
I would hope so, but going on what I see around me still I am not optimisticI think Ozempic has killed this movement already.
Thats just a picture, try a video.I don't understand how anyone could post this picture and feel comfortable let alone sexy looking at themselves
Her tits have giant tits underneath and uncensored!
What the actual fuck.
I’m sorry but we can’t do that in America unless we pay for a lot of money on non-toxic food. I don’t even know where to find that"Some people", you mean <0.0...1% of people cannot lose weight, for the rest it's mostly understanding calories in/out, and doing any sort of exercise, even if mild.

People like this will go for a brisk walk every Saturday and assume they've burned off a week's worth of McDonald's orders when in reality it was less than half a large fry. Then when they don't instantly drop 50 pounds from looking at a treadmill, they'll determine that they must have a rare medical issue which makes them unable to lose weight (but of course their fatphobic doctors refuse to diagnose them). It's just understanding calories in really. A lot of fatties would shrink to just chubby if they stopped drinking calories long term, exercise is great and everyone should do it but it's not a viable weigh loss strategy imho.
