I want a peer-reviewed study on why the Social Media Fats who try to celebrate it are almost entirely women. I have encountered maybe a half dozen fat dudes who spout this HAES shit, the rest are all women.

Because they want wo/men to date them and are jealous of attractive women and too lazy to make an effort to better themselves. So they try to change beauty standards to suit them. Why do you think conventionally attractive women have been all but scrubbed from Western media this past decade on grounds of "objectification"? Lazy uggos don't want the competition.
