If it involves Feta, Parmigiano Reggiano and related hard cheeses, count me in.

I love swiss and harvarti. Amazing cheeses to me.

Camambert, brie, ruele and soft goats' cheese. I seem to have developed a small degree of lactose intolerance a while back, though, so I can't eat too much cheese :(

Blue Stilton is the shit. Another I really like is a layered cheese called Huntsman Cheese, which consists of Stilton layered with Double Gloucester.

In more everyday cheeses, I like sharp cheddar. Cheddar from its place of origin is best, but New York's is also entirely worthy of the name.

Brillat-Savarin, Saint-Marcellin and Banon are my favourites. A good Roquefort is great for everyday cheese.

Parmesan, Mozzarella, Emmental, Feta, Brie, Camembert, Pepperjack, Cheddar, American and Blue cheese to a lesser extent, mostly for Buffalo wings and some pizzas.

There's a place called Murray's cheese shop in a grocery near me, and they frequently have small pieces of various cheese for cheaper than a standard slice, so I've been trying various bits here and there. Fromager D'Affinois is pretty damn good, like a better brie. And the version that has herbs in it would be great spread on a split loaf of bread and toasted for garlic bread.

One of my favorite meals is bread, cheese, apple, and maybe a bit of salami.

I personally enjoy some brie myself followed by feta cheese.

Cheddar and Pepper Jack (with Mozzzerella and Mexican/Monterey Jack on pizza and tacos, respectively.), or get the fuck out.

Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Cheddar. I also like Provolone.

As far as cheeses go, I'd want to say Swiss but the only Swiss I had came from Subway which I kinda wonder would be an actual cheese and not something that's fake. Regardless, one other cheese I like is parmesan. Wouldn't mind trying some other cheeses.

Smoked Guada, and any kind of cheddar. Maplewood smoked cheddar is the best kind I feel.

Smoked gouda, smoked cheddar, parmesan, feta, and mozzarella are some of my favorites

Spanish cheeses in general, but specifically manchego. It melts in your mouth and is just hnnng.

I like baked brie in a little pastry satchel, and once I made this with raspberry melba sauce and it was delicious.

I like fried queso blanco, too.

I also like Roquefort but only in dressings and things like that.

And Limburger, which is often reviled for its pungent aroma. It's great on pumpernickel with onions.
