Not wrong. Still, some people manage to make them funny. For example, the Norm Macdonald joke isn't funny to me cuz of the 'shock value', rather the fact that he's downplaying the monster he was by saying "I don't care for him" is what I find humor in. Edgy Hitler jokes for the sake of edgy Hitler jokes are kinda cringe.
