I like how he fails to explain why the drawings would make good holiday gifts.

What is it...the 9th?

I give it the 16th when we get the imminent "I AM OUT OF MONEY I CAN'T SHIP MY SONICHU MERCH PLEASE GIVE MONEY"
update.

Altogether, it's a pretty nice post from Chris. It's interesting that he's included an "order by" date for Christmas. Hopefully this means that he's realized that he might fall behind, so it'll be interesting to see if he sticks to his self-imposed deadline.

Wait, "should" moving back into his house come into effect? So it may not happen?
I think he means "should" he move back between now and December 10th.

It also looks like he's gotten a lecture about customer service and is doing his cargo-culty best to use that information. Chris the Serious Businessman might be my favorite of his many incarnations. He is to business what three kids stacked up in a trenchcoat is to buying booze.

And now, let's all begin our spergy speculation (spergulation?) on the identity of this "most valued customer." I'm sure it will be very productive.

That's just silly. He thinks they have value, because they're important to him. You don't expect Target or other retailers to explain why their products are great gifts. The products speak for themselves. It's just that in Chris' case he's selling autistic things.

I'd love this to be a learning experience for Chris, one where he sharpens his drawing and sculpting skills. But at least he's making money and people are happy. Shoot for the stars and hit the moon, I guess.
Beats another Sonic rant either way.

Heh, they sold like hotcakes. There still might be a hundred or so other buyers out there.
You might be right. I myself skipped out buying anything because I've been too broke to subsidize OPL's artistic ventures. And another round of CRACKEDesque, snark-site stories about the CWC phenomenon could expand the potential market a bit as well.

Well, interestingly enough, most of the buyers weren't cwckiforum people (or even /cow/ people). It's largely just people who heard about Chris over the years, saw the cwcki at some point, and then when news came out that Chris was selling stuff, they bought them as lulzy gifts for their other internet savvy friends.
