Chris, you're a liar. You just attached the fitbit your beagel, made it sniff your underwear, then, you sat back and watched the poor dog run around the house trying to get your smell out of its nose.

Eww, I bet he showers at the gym in the women's locker room.

13,000 steps isn't nearly enough to offset 4,000 calories every day, Chris. Enjoy being a fat ass who never qualifies for lady surgery.

13,900 steps for 6.5 miles means chris walks approximately 75cm (30 inches) per individual step...

are you sure you're a woman, christine?

He burned twice as many calories as running 2 marathons? Something smells fucky.

Oh, absolutely. Don't get me wrong, not saying it's accurate. I used to wear one... I kinda felt like it overestimated calories burned. For instance, if I used it all day and worked, it would say something similar to what Chris got.

I think maybe it includes calories just naturally burned from existing? Who knows, it's been awhile and I never looked into it. But... That would be my guess.

Just so you guys know the "calories" in the middle is how many he has burned in the day, not ingested.
There's no fucking chance he burned 4k calories by walking 6.5 miles. Six and a half miles is about 400 calories if you're walking it at 4 mph. Maybe 500.

You could do 6.5 miles on the stairmaster and not even burn that many.

Gadgets like Fitbits are worthless. They are horribly inaccurate and give people a false sense of them doing more than they did.

Ok, so it measures calories burned through physical activity and calories burned through your body's natural functions. In that case it's possible it's not altered. People can sit all day and burn at least 2,500 doing jack shit.
